Citta-M provides SoC solutions in the following four area, millimeterwave radar and communication, millimeterwave imaging, microwave & millimeterwaver phased array system, ultrowide band SoCs for instrumentations... Besides mmW transceiver SoCs, Citta-M focuses on a few other areas, such as mmW phased array ICs, ultra-wideband analog signal processing, 5G communication IC. The products include K, Ku and Ka band beamforming SoCs, high speed data aquisations, and analog processing ICs, etc.
