We provide one-to-one advice to improve your driving and prepare you for the IAM Test. This guidance is given by IAM RoadSmart Observers. In addition to having passed the Advanced Test they have completed a specialist Institute of Motor Industry training course to perform that role. Associates and Observers mutually agree on the time/day and meeting place.
