Guernsey is one of the few places in the world that can boast the fact that every oyster consumed in the Bailiwick has been reared in the Bailiwick... We adhere to a strict testing regime to make sure that all the oysters supplied to our customers for consumption are the highest quality. Our Purification and Dispatch Centre has been awarded the highest rating by the Guernsey Environmental Health Department.
