We are supported by private donations from individuals and allocations from Arc Thrift Stores of Colorado. The Arc of Aurora is affiliated with local chapters of The Arc throughout Colorado, The Arc of Colorado, and The Arc of the United States. The Arc is the nation's oldest and largest grassroots advocacy organization for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities... The Arc of Aurora is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that has been changing lives for more than 40 years. With knowledge, passion, commitment, and integrity, we work with and on behalf of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), helping them live the highest quality lives by providing information and referral; community training and education; individual, class, and systems change advocacy; and individual, family, volunteer and community support.
