Anna qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2002 from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. She spent 15 years working within the NHS building a wide variety of knowledge and skills. Working in hospital and community settings developing a critical eye for normal and abnormal movement patterns, effective treatment techniques and practical exercise programmes. Dovetailing with this work, Anna has been treating horses since 2006. Since completing her MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy at The Royal Veterinary College, London, she has developed a detailed assessment routine to allow for appropriate clinical reasoning and development of a suitable treatment plan and goals. Working within professional standards and legal requirements Anna treats horses under Veterinary Consent and employs a multidisciplinary approach when required to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients.
