Instep was formed in 1999, based in Uckfield., East Sussex, offering baton twirling and dance opportunities to young people in the area. We are a not-for-profit community organisation and our Corps Directors are volunteers... We are excited to be launching our new website! Please bear with us while we work on bringing you all the information that you need about us... Twirl and dance group based in East Sussex, England. Offering classes in dance and twirling with the opportunity to compete - to all ages and abilities. Training held at Uckfield Civic Centre.
