Aaron Morris is part of the personal injury team of DiPasquale Moore in Kansas City, Missouri. He feels a strong connection to the community and the people who come to the firm for legal help.
For his entire life, Aaron has been the friend who reads the full board game instructions before starting a game. This attention to detail and love for following the rules were the first signs that he was destined to become a lawyer. It was his passion for being there for people in their times of need that steered his career to become a personal injury attorney for injured plaintiffs. At DiPasquale Moore, he is known for finding solutions that avoid the most unnecessary delays possible. Attorney Morris is fluent in English and Spanish, which allows him to be a great legal ally for even more people in the city.
After graduating from Sumner Academy, Aaron attended the University of Kansas for his undergrad. He then went to the University of Missouri - Kansas City Law School to complete his J.D.

Blaine was born and raised in the Kansas City area, and he has since continued to set roots in the area as an adult. After earning his undergraduate degree at Kansas State University, Attorney Dickeson went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Since earning his law degree, Blaine has been admitted to practice in Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska, and he's become a member of the American Association for Justice, as well as the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers. Chad Nelson is part of the DiPasquale Moore team in Oklahoma. He focuses his practice on personal injury claims.
While growing up, Chad had an appreciation for the law and service by watching his own family. His father has practiced law in Oklahoma for 40 years and his mother has spent more than 20 years in ministry and non-profit. This sense of community and his passion for helping others steered him toward a legal career.
Chad believes in understanding and empathizing with his clients' circumstances so he can best serve them. He likes to take a compassionate, people-first approach to casework and is well-prepared to fight for his clients in court.
As a proud Oklahoman, Chad received both his undergraduate degree and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma. Before he joined DiPasquale Moore, he gained valuable experience working for mid-size firms in Oklahoma City.
Chad is a graduate of the Leadership Oklahoma City's LOYAL Program and currently serves as an Alumni Board Member for Heritage Hall Schools. He is a former Junior Board Member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County and an Associate Board Member of the Oklahoma Lawyers for Children.
Connor McAteer is a civil trial lawyer with a caring and client-oriented approach. He focuses his practice on a range of personal injury matters, including claims involving motor vehicle collisions, premises accidents, and serious personal injuries.
Drawn to the practice of law by his interest in advocacy and public service, Connor has always been passionate about standing up for others and helping convey their stories in compelling and persuasive ways. After undergrad, Devin attended the Washburn University School of Law, where he earned Dean's Honors and the James W. Sloan Scholarship for academic excellence and was a member of the Washburn Law Negotiation Competition Team.
Outside of the courtroom, Devin enjoys staying active and playing basketball, tennis, and pickleball. He has volunteered with the Special Olympics for over 20 years and is a volunteer coach for Tennis Buddies, a tennis program for children and adults with special needs. He is licensed to practice in Kansas and Missouri.

After graduating from law school, Drew had the privilege of working in a wide range of legal settings, allowing him to gain valuable experience both in the courtroom and at the negotiating table. This included working for multiple firms in Kansas City and Hannibal, as well as an internship with the Honorable Federal Judge Beth Phillips.
With his broad experience in civil litigation, general practice, and many other areas of the law, Drew has now tried hundreds of bench trials and won substantial results for his clients. However, Drew believes that the most gratifying part of his role is helping his clients achieve justice in a way that works for their needs and interests, which does not always involve taking the case to trial. In his spare time, Drew loves to spend time with his wife Carlie, two daughters, and black lab. When he's not spending time with his family, he also loves to watch sports (particularly at his alma mater Mizzou) and work on his golf game.

Grant is a lifelong resident of Kansas City. He grew up on both sides of Stateline Road, going to high school at Rockhurst High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rockhurst University, and his J.D. from the University of Missouri Kansas-City School of Law. When he isn't working, Grant enjoys running, watching movies, lifting weights, cheering on the Chiefs, and visiting the dog park with his dog, Captain. He is also a proud member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church.
Gregory Dowty is an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer who leverages his background as an insurance defense attorney to help victims and families fight for the compensation they deserve. Drawn to the legal profession by his desire to help people in need, Gregory earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice at Northeastern University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
Directly out of law school, Gregory began his legal career working for an auto insurance company, where he learned firsthand how insurers evaluate and handle claims. During this time, Gregory also came to understand how insurance carriers operate with the intent to collect as many premiums as they can while paying out as little in claims as possible. Seeing how this greed regularly tended to outweigh fairness shaped his drive to fight for the "little guy."
Greg's insight into the "other side" has proven invaluable to the clients he represents, allowing him to effectively predict how insurance carriers will respond to his clients' cases and craft the personalized strategies they need to position themselves for success. Since his transition to representing plaintiffs, Gregory has also developed his personal injury practice in multiple states, giving him a broad view of how different states treat various claims. He moved to Boston after high school to complete his undergraduate studies at Northeastern University before relocating to Kansas City to study law. When he is not in the courtroom, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, hiking, and weightlifting.
Attorney Jacob Pruett is a prelitigation attorney of DiPasquale Moore, working out of our office in Kansas City, Missouri. He primarily focuses on cases involving premises liability, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and truck accidents with the intent to secure a fair settlement for our clients before the matter escalates to a trial.
Janelle Miller is a Trial Attorney at DiPasquale Moore, where she leverages her insight as a former Prosecutor to provide skilled and client-focused representation to clients from our Topeka office. She focuses her areas of practice on auto accidents, premises liability, and other personal injury matters.
Janelle grew up in Topeka, Kansas with a mother who served as a union steward. Inspired by watching her mother fight for her coworkers, she became enamored with the art of advocacy and made it her mission while she was still in elementary school to become a lawyer so she could help others just like her mom. Her first foray into the law came in high school when she served as an intern for the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. She then went on to earn her undergraduate degree from Washburn University and her law degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law.
Following law school, Janelle began her legal career representing the State of Missouri as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. From there, she became an Assistant District Attorney in Shawnee County, Kansas and later represented the State of Kansas, specifically the Kansas Department of Children and Family services, as a Contract Attorney.
Now a committed Plaintiffs' Attorney, Janelle leverages her extensive trial experience as a former prosecutor to help position her clients for success in a range of personal injury cases. She is known for her personalized and passionate approach and prides herself on taking the necessary time to listen to her clients, empathize with their situations, and help them understand their rights under the law.
