MOBILE SCOPE

Mobile Scope is a service that provides objective swallow evaluations for new and chronic sources of dysphagia by using a Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallow (FEES) at locations that normally wouldn't be able to perform these tests. Currently, each facility would have to send each patient to the local hospital for completion of an MBS which leads to lost time for completion of daily therapies, is a burdeon on the patient and creates a high cost for the facility and patient. Mobile Scope's fast evaluation time will help to reduce hospital readmissions, improve outcome measures and also increase the patient's quality of life.
