Adrian joined Proactis in April 2022, initially as UK People Services Manager. Later in 2022 Adrian became Group People Services Lead to help Proactis realise its vision of becoming a ‘career partner' by creating consistency and excellence around the whole employee life-cycle.
Adrian has over 14 years of People Services experience, holding senior roles where he has been involved in the creation of People Services strategies, business partnering and learning and development, amongst other areas.

Alex joined Proactis in early 2019 as Director of Marketing for the UK and Ireland, becoming UK Sales and Marketing Director in late 2020. Alex is now Chief Marketing Officer, and leads Proactis' international marketing function.
Alex has a wealth of experience in B2B software marketing, including a range of marketing disciplines spanning international territories including North America, Netherlands, France, DACH and UK. His experience in both field and central marketing roles, along with his experience of the Proactis Sales and Marketing functions in the UK.

As Managing Director of Tenders Direct, Debbie is responsible for the market-leading Tenders Direct product and a variety of procurement portal solutions for central government and public sector bodies.
Drawing on her wealth of business development experience in the ERP consultancy space, Debbie looks after the commercial strategy and operational activities of Proactis Tenders, leading a highly engaged, multi-disciplined team focused on supporting compliant procurement and business development activities within the public sector.

Ilija joined Proactis in 2014 and, as Commercial Solutions Director, is responsible for business growth and market delivery, with strategic input into product direction and partner management.
Prior to joining Proactis, Ilija was a Director of Intelligent Capture, a business that was acquired by Proactis in 2014. Ilija has very successfully undertaken a wide variety of roles within the area of Spend Control and eProcurement, with proven success and experience in Strategic Partnerships, Key Account Management, Innovation and Sales and Marketing. In that time he has helped organisations deliver tangible outcomes through a consultative lead approach of combining performance benchmarking, automation and process best practice.
Lucy Fox - Chief Commercial Officer

Lucy Fox joined Proactis as Chief Commercial Officer in January 2023 to maximise commercial growth for Proactis.
Lucy has extensive experience from senior roles for fast growth SaaS companies. She is an experienced Commercial leader, having successfully driven business development in enterprise software and IT B2B organisations from start-ups to large enterprise organisations covering multiple industry sectors.

Michael Doody joined Proactis as Chief Technology Officer in April 2022, joining from Rightmove.
Michael has 20+ years of international hands-on technical, multi-cultural global engineering experience from his time with Rightmove, Netwatch Systems, Kudelski Security and Symantec. His skills make him the perfect fit for overseeing all aspects of Proactis' technology.
Michael became US Market Director in early 2021 following his role as EVP Professional Services at Proactis.
Michael held various roles at Perfect Commerce before the merger with Proactis and is an experienced eCommerce leader with 30 years of experience in Big 5, industry and start-up environments, including ChemConnect and Supply Chain Connect LLC. His skills include strategy development, large project management, business development and technology operations.
Olivier Jung has held the position of Market Director since October 2019 and is in charge of designing and steering the company's strategic plans in France.
Olivier has nearly 20 years experience, having started his career at BT Syntegra before joining Nokia (ex-Alcatel-Lucent) in 2006 where he worked on various projects related to the digital transformation of the purchasing and finance functions. He joined Hubwoo in 2012 which was integrated with Perfect Commerce in 2017. Prior to taking over the French management position during the merger with Proactis, Olivier Jung was European Key Account Director at Perfect Commerce.

Paul has been with Proactis since March 2021 and, following a period as UK Customer Success Director, became Global Customer Success Director in early 2023.
Paul has a wealth of previous experience from senior roles at Coda plc, Unit4, Stibo Systems and TechnologyOne. As Global Customer Success Director he runs the Support and Professional Services teams to deliver best in class consultancy, project management and support services for Proactis. Paul also oversees the Managed Service and Manila teams.

Pompeyo Requinta, or commonly known to his colleagues as Butch, is the Director of Operations of the Shared Service Centre in Manila, Philippines.

In March 2022, Robert-Jan van der Pouw was appointed as Market Director for the Benelux region, having originally joined Proactis in January 2016.
As an analytical and people-oriented commercial leader, Van der Pouw looks after the Benelux team, encouraging each team member to take responsibility and to be creative. As Market Director, Van der Pouw is responsible for both the commercial strategy and the operational activities of Proactis in the region. Outside of Proactis, he enjoys spending time with his 3 children and does all kinds of sports to stay both mentally as physically healthy.

Stephen joined Proactis in June 2022, with over 20 years' experience in the software industry, to support Proactis' transformational initiatives.
Stephen has a wealth of experience from over 20 years in B2B software, helping deliver scalable international growth programmes and overseeing the delivery of many transformational business projects. Prior to Proactis, he held positions at Harness, an innovative software delivery platform, where he was EMEA VP & GM, and data and analytics company, Cloudera, where he helped scale the business to have sales teams in 18 countries, customers in 65 countries and ARR from <$1m to $250m.
