Our company specializes in industrial bending of pipes, profiles and wires. We also focus on manufacturing of comprehensive products such as seats in the automotive industry... SETJA s.r.o. has expanded its production capacity by acquiring additional new welding technology. This is a robotic workplace with a six-axis Fanuc robot and a Migatronic welding power supply. Furthermore, new technology for quality control and very precise measurement of individual components and weldments was acquired. This is an additional 3D measuring arm with a laser scanner... The aim of the project is to acquire and process information about production processes, logistics and measurements in real time. This was achieved by the acquisition of measurement technology and a comprehensive upgrade of the data network. As a result, SETJA's production operations are more efficient.
