Alice Mandry

Alice joined us in August 2022 as an administrative assistant in the firm. Alice supports the wider Baldwin & Robinson team with the many administrative duties involved in running a legal firm. She spent her first 6 months based in the Conveyancing Department learning how to support the conveyancing team with all of their admin duties. She is now based in the Commercial Department where she is enhancing her property knowledge and learning how commercial transactions work. She also supports the Private Client department with their administrative tasks. "Before joining Baldwin & Robinson, I didn't really know what career path I should take but it is now very clear to me that the legal industry is the right one for me. I have learned and developed so much as a person since joining and I love being part of this team. I get to do so many different things and I really enjoy liaising with our clients and helping them with their transactions and learning at the same time".

Amanda Barfoot

Amanda is a highly experienced conveyancing assistant and works alongside Tracey Morris in our Conveyancing Department. She has over 30 years of conveyancing experience and has worked with a wide variety of clients, helping them with all of their conveyancing needs. "The best thing about the job is feeling satisfaction when you know clients are happy at the end of the transaction and you know they appreciate everything that you have done for them. I like building a rapport with clients and enjoy that aspect of the job most."

Angela Gates

Angela joined us in June 2019 as an Assistant in the Conveyancing Department. She works alongside Koysor Miah, supporting and assisting him in the many legal and administration tasks associated with conveyancing files. If you ever call our office then it is likely that Angela will be your first point of contact within our conveyancing team.

Fiona Burnet

Fiona joined us in May 2021 as an assistant in the Commercial Department. Fiona has over 10 years experience in assisting Solicitors in property transactions. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and capably supports the wider commercial team in delivering professional, expert legal services to our clients.

Kim Wild

Job Titles:

Kim Wild joined us in June 2022 as an Assistant in our Commercial Property department. Kim has worked in the legal industry for over 30 years, specialising in Commercial Law for the last 10 years of her career. Prior to that, Kim worked in criminal, matrimonial, wills & probate and conveyancing, so she has a breadth of experience to draw from in her daily work. "Whilst I have worked in other industries over the course of my life, I came back to the legal industry as it encompasses all areas of life and often involves complex and diverse issues. The law evolves as society evolves and no two days are the same. Baldwin & Robinson Law is a great, supportive and friendly firm to work for."

Koysor Miah

Job Titles:

Koysor joined Baldwin & Robinson Law in 2019. He is a solicitor and the Head of Conveyancing, responsible for managing the team as well as his own caseload. Koysor became a Director in 2021.

Louise Harris

Job Titles:
  • Head of Private Client - Wills & Probate
Louise is Head of Private Client and a qualified solicitor. She joined the Baldwin & Robinson team in 2022. Having graduated from the University of Plymouth with a 2:1 Hons LLB (Hons) and completing the LPC at City Law School, Louise undertook her training at a local Surrey firm, qualifying in 2011.

Mandy Robinson

Mandy has been part of Baldwin & Robinson Law from the very beginning, working with Simon Robinson on an informal basis in early 2010, helping with the complex administration duties involved in starting a new law firm. Mandy formally joined the team in January 2011 with the responsibility of managing the office administration, finance and compliance. Since then her role has grown considerably and she has been a member of the Management Team since 2012. In 2019, Mandy was made a Director of the firm. Mandy's responsibilities include Financial and Legal Compliance, Business Strategy as well as managing projects in I.T. and Marketing. Mandy has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, is married to Simon, has two children and a dog. She enjoys reading, travel and spending time with family and friends.

Melissa Russell

Melissa joined the firm in June 2019 as a legal assistant in our Commercial Property department. Since then, Melissa has gone on to complete her Legal Practice Course (LPC) with a Masters and is now completing the final step in becoming a solicitor by becoming a Trainee Solicitor. During her traineeship, Melissa will undertake "seats" in each of our departments, learning and developing the skills that she will need to become a newly qualified solicitor. "I love being a Trainee Solicitor. I enjoy the variety of my role and I get to experience different parts of the industry from conveyancing, to commerical property and also private client work like Wills & Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate work. It means every day is different and I get to work with so many different clients with different wants and needs."

Simon Robinson

Simon Robinson is a qualified solicitor with more than 20 years experience specialising in Commercial and Business Law. Simon began in 2001 as a trainee solicitor working with a large Legal 500 firm based in Kent. It was while working as a trainee solicitor that he decided to specialise in business and commercial property law, qualifying in 2004. In 2005, Simon joined a well-established firm of solicitors, based in Surrey, as a commercial solicitor. It was during this time that Simon broadened his commercial experience, dealing with a wide variety of commercial cases for the busy business community. Simon was made a Partner of the firm in 2008, where he gained invaluable managerial experience. After working as a Partner for three years, Simon decided to build on his experience of both commercial law and practice management and made the move to open his own practice, fulfilling a career ambition. Baldwin & Robinson Law opened its doors, so to speak, in March 2010. Simon specialises in Freehold and Leasehold Commercial Sales and Purchases, Landlord & Tenant negotiations and Land Development site Sales and Acquisitions. He is also a conveyancing specialist for both commercial and residential property. Simon also acts on behalf of commercial clients in business sales, acquisitions and option agreements. Simon says, "Our goal at Baldwin & Robinson is to provide first class legal services in an approachable and friendly way. We want to do the best job possible at a competitive, reasonable price. It really is as simple as that." Simon is married to Mandy and has a son and a daughter. He enjoys playing golf, clay pigeon shooting, running and Formula One.

Tracey Morris

Tracey Morris is a conveyancing executive with over 25 years experience handling all manner of conveyancing matters. She began her career in Law in 1980 and also has experience in Matrimonial, Criminal, Private Client and Personal Injury but for the least 25+ years her focus has been conveyancing. Prior to joining Baldwin & Robinson, Tracey worked for a local firm of solicitors in Sutton. Tracey is highly experienced in dealing with residential conveyancing cases of all types, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, at all levels of complexity. "I like the fast-paced nature of conveyancing transactions - compared to other types of law - and I really enjoy working with our clients. It feels good when clients are grateful and are happy to recommend me to family, friends and other associates. That tells me i'm doing a great job for them!".
