Arnau Pano - President, SVP

Arnau Pano is Senior Vice President and President of Lubrizol Advanced Materials for The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. In this role, he is responsible for managing and growing a diverse portfolio of businesses that improve the performance and reliability of products in the health, beauty, home, medical, pharmaceutical, industrial, and building and construction industries, among others. He joined Lubrizol in 2011 when the company acquired Merquinsa, a leading specialty TPU company, where Arnau was Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Merquinsa, Arnau spent more than 15 years with General Electric where he held diverse business management positions with GE Plastics, GE Power Controls and GE Consumer Industrial in Europe. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager, Lubrizol Engineered Polymers, and Vice President, Lubrizol Advanced Materials, South Asia. In this role, he led the Engineered Polymers division in growing one of the deepest, most specialized portfolios available in many building and construction, industrial, sports, recreational and consumer goods applications. He also oversaw LZAM's South Asia region. Arnau earned a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Quimico de Sarria in Barcelona, a postgraduate degree on Economical Aspects of Chemistry from the University of Detroit and an MBA from ESADE, in Barcelona.

Eduardo Pedreira

Eduardo Pedreira is VP of Supply Chain for The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. In this role, he is responsible for the foundation for Lubrizol's value stream map and leading the team who manages strategic supply planning, production scheduling, customer service and business partnerships. Eduardo is multi-culture leader that embraces diversity and talent development. He has an accomplished history as a transformational supply chain and operations leader with over 17 years of experience at PPG Industries. There, he was the Global Resin Business Director, where he led the PPG vertical integration on the resin portfolio, managing the overall strategy including operations, supply chain, procurement, capital investment and technical development. Prior to that, he held regional and global supply chain roles where he led several organizational improvements, developed talent training program and delivered constant financial performance across multiple business units leveraging the One PPG approach and culture. At PPG, he created the Industrial Segment supply chain organization during COVID lockdown, having to hire, on board and restructure the team simultaneously. He also implemented a full sales, inventory and operations planning (SIOP) roadmap for all four business units from scratch and worked to enhance the planning system to deliver more accurate outputs with less resources, partnering with the continuous improvement organization to standardize it across multiple plants.

Flavio Kliger

Flavio Kliger is Senior Vice President and President of Lubrizol Additives for The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. In this role, he has P&L accountability for the Lubrizol Additives division and leads the organization focused on solving consumers' toughest challenges through additives and fluid engineering for Transportation and Industrial applications. Since joining Lubrizol in 2017, he served as Senior Director for the company's Industry Formulated Fluids & Greases business. Prior to Lubrizol, Flavio spent more than 20 years at The Dow Chemical Company, where his career spanned increasing responsibility in multiple commercial and general management roles in three countries, touching all range of product, from basic chemicals to specialty chemicals, in multiple-end user industries. Flavio earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universidade de Sao Paulo and an MBA from Northwood University-DeVos Graduate School.

G. Davies Walker is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. James "JT" Jones

JT Jones is the Senior Vice President of Procurement and High Growth Regions and Chief Procurement Officer for The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. In this role, he is responsible for centralizing and optimizing investments across the organization, as well as focusing on high-growth regions to drive growth opportunities, source strategically and position Lubrizol as a leader within these regions. JT has significant international experience and over 20 years of business development, strategy, procurement, operations, financial, senior sales management and P&L leadership experience at preeminent international consulting and Fortune 500 chemical and coatings companies. Prior to Lubrizol, JT was Chief Procurement Officer, VP Global Procurement, at PPG Industries. In that role, he developed a global Management Operating System (MOS) process throughout the procurement organization to ensure real-time measurement, action planning and continuous improvement on all key Procurement metrics. Under JT's leadership, the team continually exceeded its savings goals while also improving overall payment terms, increased the global team's analytical capabilities, simplified and standardized processes globally, and increased number of category strategies ten-fold. Prior to PPG, he held leadership positions in P&L Leadership, Procurement and Strategy Management of increasing responsibility at Celanese Corporation and Accenture. JT has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jose Gonzalez-Magaz - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Jose Gonzalez-Magaz is Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Jose has nearly 30 years of experience as a business partner and legal leader with a record of upgrading compliance programs and controls, expanding commercial opportunities, supporting organic and M&A growth, mitigating risk, and optimizing the performance of legal teams globally. Prior to joining Lubrizol, Jose was the General Counsel of the Transportation, Plumbing and Refrigeration, Metal Services and Industrial Products Groups of Marmon Holdings, Inc. (Berkshire Hathaway company). Previously, as General Counsel, he led the Legal Team of Intelligrated Systems, LLC, a material handling solutions company owned by Honeywell. Jose was previously the General Counsel of Honeywell UOP, which produces and sells industrial/specialty chemical products; develops process technologies for the oil, gas and renewables industries; and designs and builds oil refining, gas processing and renewables plants. He also served as Honeywell's General Counsel for Latin America and Chief Litigation Counsel for that company's industrial and consumer products businesses. Prior to that, Jose was an associate and then partner at Steptoe & Johnson LLP, representing multinationals in compliance, litigation and transactional matters. Jose was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College, Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, and Master of Laws from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Her most recent responsibilities included leading PPG's global industrial segment, Asia Pacific region oversight, and functional responsibility for global procurement, resin and industrial segment manufacturing. Prior to PPG, Rebecca served as President and CEO of Honeywell UOP, a leading international supplier to the petroleum refining, gas processing, petrochemical production and major manufacturing industries. During her career with Honeywell, she also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, catalyst absorbents and specialties, UOP; Senior Vice President and General Manager, gas processing and hydrogen; and Vice President and General Manager, electronics materials.
