G. A. Holdings Limited (the "Company") was incorporated in the Cayman Islands under the Companies Law of the Cayman Islands as an exempted company with limited liability on 5 July 2001. It is carrying on business in Hong Kong under the trading name of German Automobiles International Limited and it is an investment holding company with its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") situated in Singapore, Hong Kong and the PRC.
