Dr. Albert Rosen graduated from Temple University Medical School in 1983. He did his ophthalmology residency at New York Medical College and was Chief Resident of Ophthalmology at Westchester County Medical Center in 1987. He has continued to teach students in the ophthalmology clinic there and to assist them in surgery.
