Ben is a Greensboro native and is a proud alum of Appalachian State University class of '07! He has a BS in business marketing, was a member of the ASU men's soccer program and the ASU Ambassadors. Since graduation, he's been a sales manager, teacher, coach and business owner before becoming a financial advisor in 2012. Ben and his wife Joy have 3 young children (2 girls and a boy) and he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing soccer and drums and guitar. He has a passion for coaching people through every aspect of wealth management.

Matt Whitt was born and raised in Lewisville, North Carolina. He received a bachelor's degree and a master's of business administration certificate from UNCG. He and his wife, Hannah, have three young children and are active in their church, Center Grove Baptist in Clemmons. Matt has multiple years' experience as a loan officer with a major national bank and large regional bank. Matt is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his family.

Tyler is a native of North Dakota and a graduate of Liberty University, having obtained a bachelor's degree in finance. He oversees operational tasks for clients at Dixon & Company. Prior to joining Dixon & Company, Tyler worked as a manufacturing line supervisor for Frito-Lay, then transitioned to Winston-Salem in 2015 when he took a leadership role with PepsiCo's corporate finance division. Tyler left PepsiCo in July 2017, joining Dixon & Company to pursue his dream of serving people through the financial planning process. Tyler is married to Kristen and they have one son named Valor. They are active in their church and in their free time love learning more about the art and science of cooking.

Zach is a Tobaccoville native and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration at UNC Greensboro. He has 7+ years' experience in customer service and restaurant management. He is married to his wife, Lindsey, and they enjoy time together fishing, kayaking, cooking and spending time with their cat, Smitty. Zach enjoys helping clients by going the extra mile to ensure their experience with DCWM is a pleasant one.
