Mr. Md. Alamgir Hossain Mozumder, Senior IT Officer has been serving at the World University of Bangladesh since 2008. He obtained his BSS (Pass) degree from the National University. He has been serving as an administrative for more than twelve years in World University of Bangladesh. His ultimate goal is to do work with WUB as first growing University with quality education and service.

Mr. Sawan Molla, is working as Administrative Officer-II at the Office of the Registrar of World University of Bangladesh. He joined World University of Bangladesh in the year 2017. He obtained his MA from National University. He has broad knowledge on Computer Fundamental, Operating System, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Disk Operating System, Multimedia, Internet and E-Mail. He has also a good knowledge on Internet.
Mr. Sawan was a volunteer of a Voluntary Organization named World Vision Bangladesh in the year 2011. He was worked as volunteer to increase mass awareness about Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) and Tuberculosis.

I completed my B.Sc( Hons) and M.Sc in Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics of Dhaka University. My professional career started with the position of Lecturer (Mathematics) in Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) General Education Cadre. I started my Government Job as a Lecturer of Mathematics in Sadat College, Korotia, Tangail. As a professional degree I completed Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) from University of Dhaka and Master of Arts in Education (MA in Education) from the University of the Philippines.
I had been employed in different positions under Ministry of Education, Government of Bangladesh for 29 years until my retirement with the position of Director (Administration and Finance), National Academy for Educational Management (NAEM). During my jobs in NAEM, I was responsible for Finance Control, Budgeting and Administration. Apart from these, I also acted as the Course Advisor of Foundation Training Course (FTC) of BCS Gen. Edu. Cadre Officials, Senior Staff Course on Educational Management (SSCEM) for Professors, Principals of Government Colleges, Advance Course on Educational Management (ACEM) for Assistant & Associate Professors of Government Colleges, Leadership Training for Headmasters, Supers of Madrashas. I played a vital role as a member of Board of Directors in formulating and finalizing policy on different issues for smooth operation of NAEM activities.
My Professional experiences with the Ministry of Education (MoE) laid the foundation of my understanding of the whole gamut of the education system. The various positions I hold at the project levels and in the regular functions under MoE gave me first hand experiences in providing quality and adequate education services for different types of stakeholders. I succeeded in achieving strong foundation in Project Management and Implementation through a vast experience of working in foreign aided projects for more than 15 years. I also acquired UN job experiences through working in UNICEF, Bangladesh.
I was contracted with the Teaching Quality Improvement-II (TQI-II) in Secondary Education Project, an ADB-funded project and implemented by Ministry of Education, as the Deputy Team Leader. I led a team of 20 experts comprised of Government Officials, International and National Consultants to ensure time-bound deliverables. I guided PMU and International Consultant to finalize Advocacy Materials, Quarterly Progress Report of Gender Action Plan, Quarterly Progress Report, Final Report for Lead Consulting Farm (International), Aide Memoire of ADB Review Mission, Project Completion Report for both ADB and Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED) of Planning Commission.
I effectively accomplished the responsibility of Officer-in-Charge (Assistant Director) of Training, Management & Operation Unit of TQI-SEP, where I led a team of 6 International Consultants, 10 National Consultants, 10 GoB officials and staffs. During the project cycle of 7 years, about 500,000 (Five hundred thousand) persons received professional development training through its different interventions. TQI-SEP has achieved Annual Performance Recognition Awards for outstanding performance in project implementation for the years 2008 and 2009 by Asian Development Bank. The project has also achieved 2011 Best Project Team Award for Significant Contributions to Improvement in Secondary Education by ADB.
