Alan M. Forney serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer for The Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zion's Bancorporation N.A. and Executive Vice President of Zion's Bancorporation. Named President and CEO in March 2018, Forney formerly served as the Chief Lending Officer for The Commerce Bank of Washington. He currently serves on the Bancorps Executive Management Committee, Strategic ALCO (Asset and Liability Management Committee), Enterprise Risk Management and participates in the Compliance Risk Management Committee. Forney has been in the banking industry for 29 years, starting his career at Rainier Bank and subsequently working for Security Pacific Bank and U.S. Bank. Forney holds a MBA from Seattle Pacific University and a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Washington. He currently serves as an executive committee member on the Board of Boys and Girls Club of King County, the Seattle Police Foundation and the Board of Rowing Stewards at the University of Washington. He has previously spent time with United Way, Childhaven, Junior Achievement, Big Brothers of King County and has served as Treasurer for the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club and various other non-profit organizations.

Lauren Jassny has been in banking in the Seattle area for 29 years, and has held senior positions at several banks. Prior to joining Commerce Bank, she was Senior VP and Regional Banking Manager for Private Financial Services at U.S. Bank. Previously she was Senior VP and Credit Approval Manager for U.S. Bank, overseeing credit approval for Commercial Real Estate, Business Banking and Private Banking. Stanley D. Savage is the Chairman of The Commerce Bank of Washington, which is a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A. Mr. Savage has over 35 years of banking and management experience. Mr. Savage began his banking career in 1972 with Rainier Bank, which through a merger became Security Pacific Bancorporation Northwest, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining The Commerce Bank, Mr. Savage was an Executive Vice President of Bank of America, Vice Chairman of Seafirst Bank and President of Bank of America's International Private Bank. Mr. Savage received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington, an M.B.A. from University of Southern California and is a graduate of the London Business School - Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management. His present civic activities include serving on a number of not-for-profit and business related Boards including the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, Trade Development Alliance of Greater Seattle, ArtsFund, Seattle Repertory Theatre Foundation and the Seattle Art Museum.
