Alex joined Bosse Construction in 2025. Prior to Bosse Construction, he spent four years working with architecture firms in Lexington, KY and Chicago, Il.
Through his architectural background, Alex has experience in all phases of the design process and brings with him a unique skillset and an interest for innovative building technologies. Alex has been involved in a variety of project typologies, ranging from private residences to international airports.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, Master of Architecture, and a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation from the University of Kentucky.

Bob Bennett began working in the construction industry during the summers at age 16. He graduated from Trinity High school and then attended a two-year vocational training program. He has been studying and learning every aspect of the business since 1980. Bob has a proven track record of successfully estimating and managing projects ranging from $5K to $40M.
Bob's experience includes ground-up building construction, historic building renovations as well as tenant improvements which includes restaurants and retail spaces. He has a great ability to work with the owner, design team and subcontractors to develop accurate budgets and project timelines. Bob has been with Bosse Construction since March 2000 as estimator/projector / project manager.

Boyd has over 30 years of experience in the construction & engineering industry. Read more.
From as early as he can remember, Boyd Bosse has had a passion for solving problems. Boyd's curiosity for learning how things were built and solving problems sprouted at an early age. From taking apart toys that he received for Christmas and then putting them back together to meticulously following the directions while assembling an erector set Boyd was destined to be a builder.
Boyd has led the efforts to renovate some of Louisville's most historic buildings and revitalize them back to their original glory. He has also led the efforts to build several of the region's iconic new construction projects. Boyd has a unique ability to work closely with the ownership and design team to find the true challenges to each project and he identifies the most effective and efficient ways to overcome them.
Boyd has grown Bosse Construction from a small family-run operation to one of the region's leading commercial construction firms.
Boyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Charisma oversees the HR dept. and handles AP for vendors and subs. Read more.
Charisma joined Bosse Construction in 2020. She oversees the human resources department taking care of the day to day needs of our employees and handles accounts payable for material vendors and subcontractors. Charisma has prior experience with managing departmental budgets, human resources/payroll and has held both positions of Treasurer and Treasurer Secretary within, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
Charisma has a degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville.

Chris Hartung has over 40 years experience in the commercial construction industry. He began his career at Genco Inc in 1986 and has been with Bosse Construction since 2000. Chris has worked on projects across the U.S. as a Project Superintendent and, since 2003, as a Project Manager.
Chris oversees projects from the budget and final pricing stages through completion. Although he enjoys new construction, Chris's true passion is renovating historic buildings and returning them to their original glory.
Chris attended Eastern Kentucky University and the University of Louisville Speed School.

Craig Mooney joined Bosse Construction in 2012. Prior to Bosse Construction, he spent five years as Owner and Director of Operations for Bearno's Inc and served as COO/CFO for the Frazier History Museum for ten years.
Craig was first introduced to Bosse Construction while working for the Frazier History Museum. He was the owner's representative during the renovation of the historic building the Frazier History Museum was going into and Bosse Construction was the general contractor. Craig and Boyd developed a solid relationship that lasted over ten years and eventually led to him joining his team.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science and a Master of Business Administration from Bellarmine University. He also holds a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Louisville. Craig is a member and past president of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Louisville chapter, serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Louisville, and is a past president and active member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).

Daniel has extensive project management (PM) experience in the construction, engineering, and manufacturing industries. For over 30 years, he has successfully deployed multiple projects across North America. With Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering Science and Nuclear Engineering, Daniel has a strong technical foundation combined with professional experience in all types and sizes of projects and programs, ranging from under $1 million to over $65 million.
In addition to his college degrees, Daniel holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) license from PMI, as well as several OSHA training certifications.
Daniel believes in the importance of our community and has served on several boards of directors for local charities. Currently, Daniel is Board Member and Treasurer for Prodigal Ministries of Kentucky. He recently served as Board Member and Vice President of Noah's Ark Children's Village.

He has overseen numerous projects and has built a solid reputation with the owners and architects he has worked with. David prides himself on delivering a project on time and within budget.

Greg Williams began working in the commercial construction industry at a very young age. He decided to stay in the field because he finds the challenges of every new project exciting. Greg enjoys the construction industry because it continues to strive to design and build efficient new buildings while maintaining the historical beauty of renovations.
Greg joined Bosse Construction in 2002 as a laborer and he quickly worked his way up to his current position, Project Manager. He has worked on major projects throughout the city of Louisville, both new construction, and renovations, and is proud that he is taking part in the evolution of the city in which he was born and raised.

Joe Kirchner joined Bosse Construction in 2023. He has extensive project management experience in construction, engineering, and nuclear power facilities. Read more.
Joe Kirchner joined Bosse Construction in 2023. He has extensive project management experience in construction, engineering, and nuclear power facilities. He has successfully managed both domestic and international projects. Joe prides himself on his ability to bring together the owner, design team, and subcontractors to successfully execute a project.
Joe graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
Kelli Bennett joined the Bosse Construction team in 2002 as a Project Manager Assistant and continues to assist all of the project managers today. In this role, she oversees both Owner and Subcontractor contracts, submittals, plan distribution, job bidding process, and Pay Requests. She is a liaison between owners, subcontractors, architects and the project managers.
Kelli has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky.

Reagan joined Bosse Construction in 2024. As a Certified Payroll Specialist, she oversees all certified payroll projects by acting as the liaison between housing authorities and subcontractors. In this position she manages and tracks all paperwork and payroll submissions to verify accuracy and compliance. As a Project Manager Assistant, she is a liaison between owners, subcontractors, architects, and the project managers.
