Brooke Willems is the CEO of Brymax Construction Services, Inc.
BYRMAX Construction Services, Inc. was founded in 2015 by Brooke Willems.
Brooke has held a variety of leadership and operational roles throughout her 20 plus year career in procurement and service industry.
Her various roles and work experience have resulted in the ability to provide and forecast solutions for our clients.
Brooke received her Bachelors of Science Business degree with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California.
Gil Osuna brings 27 years of construction accounting experience to BRYMAX Construction Services. Gil has extensive experience in a wide variety of financial management sectors, including financial reporting, job costing, and navigating department specific financial planning including developing one and five year outlooks.
Gil joined BRYMAX Construction Services in February of 2022 to oversee the company's overall finances and functions as the Chief Financial Officer, and his day to day tasks include overseeing cash management, collections, and billings.
Gil ensures the company's financial health is sustained and in sync with the mission of growth and expansion that is central to BRYMAX's long term plans.
Gil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Cal State Dominguez.
Michael Willems, P.E., joined BRYMAX Construction Services in 2018 to pioneer and head the Design-Build/Design-Assist HVAC Construction group, and brought with him several key executives and personnel from a former Design-Build Mechanical Contractor to bolster the team and add a degree of reputable expertise to the nascent company.
