The project 'Enhancing the Competitiveness of Local SMEs in Montenegro through Cluster Development' is financed by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for the Ministry of Economy of Montenegro with the goal of enhancing the competitiveness and market access of small and medium sized enterprises.
