Al graduated from Trinity College in 1978 and received his MBA from NYU Business School in 1982. He passed the CPA exam in 1982 and spent many years with Salomon Brothers, Lehman Brothers and Bank of America in various roles in sales, trading and capital markets. Al has owned a small business since 2010 but has also been an investor in several other small businesses, mainly in retail and food services. However Al does focus heavily on industrial and manufacturing related companies.

Since 2017, Yezbak has been an associate at NH Yates Inc., where he identifies business opportunities, assesses market conditions, and and recommends strategic opportunities. Since 2020, he has worked part-time as a Broker with Sunbelt Business Brokers of Charlotte. Previous experience: executive positions at Murray Supply and Thos. Somerville, and years of running his own consulting firm. Yezbak holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and an MA in Adult Education from Appalachian State University.
He's currently on the board at NH Yates Inc. and the LVHALS Foundation, and the CRM manager for Project Healing Waters. Yezbak enjoys spending time with his wife, Sandi, and their dog, Eli. Hobbies include fishing, golf, cycling, and outdoor activities.
Jackie is a Florida native who has owned and worked in small businesses during most of her career. Her family owned a large tow truck company in Jacksonville with 50 employees.
She managed the administration side of their business and eventually progressed into sales which were to other small business owners. Some other experience included being involved in their salvage yard, auto retail shop and various towing equipment sales.
Jackie more recently assisted her husband with his residential construction company. She worked closely with numerous sub-contractors, suppliers, worked with customers and handled most of the construction administration duties. Jackie procured her Florida real estate license in 2022 and is now focused on confidentially selling privately held businesses in Florida and other parts of the Southeast.
Some of Jackie's business transactions include trucking, logistics and granite fabrication."
Logan has a strong background in sales, business development and process optimization. He has experience across solar energy, digital marketing and consulting industries.
Logan has worked independently on market analysis projects involving machine learning and the energy sector. This combination of analytical thinking and hands-on business experience allows him to approach transactions with both strategic insight and practical execution.
Logan studied Economics at Appalachian State University. He is passionate about helping business owners maximize the value of their companies and guiding buyers toward the right opportunities. In his free time, Logan enjoys staying active, learning new technologies and spending time with friends and family.
Mr. Saldutte brings an exciting background to our firm starting with his being a member of a family of entrepreneurs who were Owners of restaurants, hair salons, bakeries and shipping companies. Accordingly, he learned the ethics of hard work and the rewards thereof, by working in the businesses after school and on weekends.
Aspiring to learn more about how businesses operate, Michael enrolled in and graduated from the College of Charleston's School of Business with a BS in Business Administration and Marketing. Upon graduating and being drawn to the manufacturing sector,
Mr. Saldutte became a Sales Engineer selling industrial gases and services to: metal fabricators, chemical producers, food processors, pharmaceutical companies, electronic firms and steel producers. As a result, Michael brings a vast amount of business acumen to us which enables him to assist our clients in a number of business opportunities from restaurants and service businesses to mid-size manufacturing ventures.
Michael is a graduate of UNC Charlotte. He has over 7 years of sales experience in fields which include real estate, direct marketing and construction trades requiring negotiation skills and market analysis which translate well into business brokerage.
Tony Pearl is a award winning professional from the telecommunications industry who brings over 20 years sales and marketing experience to Sunbelt Business Brokers. In 2015 Tony founded Ambassador Business Solutions, Inc., a business advisory agency which provides cyber security, consultation and telecom expense management to small, middle and enterprise level businesses.
Tony's technical acumen is extremely valuable to the M&A process as he can also assist Sellers and Buyers by providing recommendations on industry standards and trends that can help them optimize their technology and expenses prior to a merger or acquisition.
