Beth Crotty

Job Titles:
  • Nurse Practitioner
As nurse practitioner, Beth previously worked in a large dermatology practice in Destin, Florida. In addition, she actively served four years in the United States Air Force as a registered nurse and continues to serve in the West Virginia Air National Guard. She and her husband Ryan, a Star City native, are thankful to be located in the Roanoke Valley surrounded by family and their two dogs, Sadie and Maggie.

James Thompson

Dr. Thompson served as associate professor of plastic and reconstructive surgery at Wake Forest School of Medicine from 2006 until joining Carilion in 2016. He is an accomplished craniofacial surgeon, currently leading Carilion's Cleft and Craniofacial Center.

Philip Grubbs

Originally from Abilene, TX, Dr. Grubbs attended medical school at the University of Texas and completed his plastic surgery residency the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He came to Blacksburg and established practice in 1994.
