We offer sessions for children, young people, adults and families to learn trampolining, rebound therapy, floor and freestyle gymnastics in a safe and fun environment, led by qualified coaches. Starting with the basics of shape jumps, seat drops, front and back landings, key agility balance and coordination skills and all the way up to somersaults and everything in between. All sessions are for 5 years and over...
