Our customers enjoy the fruits of our labor while we enjoy their satisfaction of our work... In March 1978, David and Kathleen Leal enjoyed a week vacation in a rental home. After about four days, we fell in love with the Tahoe area and started looking for a vacation home for ourselves. We found one in Pioneer Village off Al Tahoe Boulevard. We made an offer, put down a deposit and set an excrow for June 19, 1978. That was the start of our adventure in South Lake Tahoe... In 1988, we obtained a contractors general building license, license number 529211. We expanded our services to include all aspects of residential building repairs, installations, remodels and new construction. We have maintained our license in good standing to this day.
