Philadelphia Post-tensioning Company was established in 1999 in Amman, Jordan by Eng. Omar Sheikh Al-Ard. PPL is a highly specialized, multi-disciplinary engineering organization meticulously structured and staffed to provide a comprehensive array of technical expertise necessary for delivering the most efficient solutions through planning, designing and execution. Over the past two decades, our focus has been dedicated to the meticulous design and execution of post-tensioning systems for buildings, bridges, concrete silos, mechanically reinforced earth walls, shoring and structural rehabilitation.
