Adanma Akujieze - CFO, SVP

A proven leader and dynamic thinker, Adanma is a champion for firmwide financial literacy, guiding LDG through the financial data needed for drawing meaningful conclusions and making critical business decisions. Adanma guides the effort to enhance the fiscal capabilities of a wide range of LDG leaders and, ultimately, reduce potential risks to the organization. She provides transactional support to LDG's project teams and decision support for the firm's strategic initiatives and helps drive LDG's financial governance and enterprise-wide risk management efforts. As a co-administrator of the Firm's ESOP, Adanma works to ensure that the Firm's current and future objectives are well aligned with its obligations towards it's valued employees. Adanma's plans for the financial future of LDG include unapologetically marching toward innovative growth and development with an unwavering commitment to financial reporting accuracy and integrity. Adanma holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Accounting, both from Michigan State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Internal Auditor. An avid speaker with dynamic communication skills and excellent interpersonal capabilities, Adanma has presented at both nationwide conferences and local leadership events. In the community, Adanma serves as Board Director for Evangelical Community Hospital and in a volunteer capacity on several fronts for the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). She also has served as President of the Board of Directors for both SUMMIT Early Learning, Inc., which specializes in the delivery of early childhood education services, and River Valley Health and Dental Center.

Andrew Dorin

Andrew, Operations Manager & Vice President of LDG's Built Environment group, is extremely knowledgeable in design, master planning and space programming for specialty retail, grocery, office, education, healthcare, industrial, and shopping center projects. His skill set also includes building codes, zoning, permitting, construction techniques and current material trends/economies. This diversity of experience and knowledge allows Andrew to play an integral role at LDG in taking on some of the firm's most challenging projects. Whether multiple stories with mixed-use implications or one-story buildings that require a unique understanding of puzzling together non-traditional flows and circulation, tapping Andrew's experience across a broad array of projects and use types brings with it creative approaches to solving highly complex problems. Andrew, who based in LDG's Orlando office, received a Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgian Court University. He is a Registered Architect in 48 states and the District of Columbia. He also is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is an LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction (LEED AP BD+C). Outside of work, Andrew enjoys family, traveling, sports and playing guitar. He has been to 45 US states and plans to visit the remaining five by 2028.

Ashley Heinnickel - CMO, SVP

A seasoned, creative professional, Ashley brings with her the knowledge and experience of nearly 20 years building and executing strategic marketing and business initiatives across the software, education, transportation and AEC industries. In her role, Ashley leads the Marketing and Communications department and is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring strategies that drive growth and the demand for LDG services. She also leads the company's Project Management Office that oversees the execution of strategic corporate initiatives. She joined LDG in 2018 after serving as Senior Director of Global Marketing for a Pittsburgh-based software company, where she was instrumental in scaling marketing teams, guiding corporate marketing, content design, communications and strategic planning efforts to support its four global entities. Ashley also has served in various leadership roles including Director of Marketing for Carnegie Learning and General Manager for Fundamental Labor Strategies. Ashley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Westminster College and participated in the Leadership & Negotiation Academy for Women, conducted by Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, from 2015-16 and the American Society of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Senior Executive Institute from 2021-2023. She is active in her local community, from coaching her daughter's basketball team to volunteering with her church.

Bruce Preston

A highly skilled and service-oriented professional, Bruce has crafted an impressive track record of success in the Federal market and the architectural community. Bruce joined LDG in 2023, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in the Federal market as an architect, project manager, and market manager with experience in both design build and indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) projects for the military and Federal civilian agencies. His in-depth knowledge, breadth of experience, and extensive network of partnerships with federal agencies including GSA, USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, VA, CBP, and USCG are invaluable assets to LDG's mission-focused approach in the Federal marketplace. Bruce holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture and Fine Arts from Arizona State University. Outside of work, he is an active member of the Phoenix post of the Society of Military Engineers (SAME) and currently serves as the organization's Southwest Regional Vice President. He also has served as Honorary Commander for the 56th Fighter Wing Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) at Luke Air Force Base from 2018-2020 and currently serves as part of the Blue Blazer Squadron for Fighter Counter Partnership (FCP), a non-profit organization that supports the men, women and families of Luke AFB. Bruce and his wife have four children and are kept busy with school activities, music, and baseball practices.

David Martin - CEO, President

Dave brings to his position a concentrated focus on client service and more than 30 years of experience in operations management, project management, business development and growing companies, both organically and through strategic acquisition. Dave assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer in 2020 after four years as Chief Operating Officer. He has been instrumental in scaling up LDG's operations, using his extensive market experience, business development knowledge and team-centered philosophies. His operational leadership and strategic planning expertise have allowed the company to enhance performance and increase value to clients, enabling LDG to continue its transformation into an award-winning, nationally recognized, employee-owned firm. As President and CE O, David guide s the overall operational success and growth of the firm in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team. He lead s the develo pment and implementation of the annual business plans and multi-year strategic plans to achieve the company's vision and goals for growth and performance. David also oversee s the development and implementation of enterprise wide initiatives to drive a high-performing sales and project delivery culture. Davi d is a registered Professional Engineer, holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and has completed graduate engineering and MBA business studies at the University of South Carolina and Clemson University. He also is a graduate of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Senior Executives Institute. A dedicated and energetic community leader, David is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh, serves as a board member for the Carnegie Science Center and was a building committee member for the Center's new PPG Science Pavilion.

Doug McKeown

Doug McKeown has served as Board Chair at Woodard & Curran since 2009 and was also CEO of the firm from 2007 to 2021. He played active roles in operations, marketing, business development and governance to help Woodard & Curran grow from a firm of 80 people, when he joined the firm in 1992, to over 1200 today with revenues in excess of $260 million. Doug McKeown has served as Board Chair at Woodard & Curran since 2009 and was also CEO of the firm from 2007 to 2021. He played active roles in operations, marketing, business development and governance to help Woodard & Curran grow from a firm of 80 people, when he joined the firm in 1992, to over 1200 today with revenues in excess of $260 million. Under his leadership as CEO the firm tripled in size, built a national footprint, and expanded employee ownership while improving financial performance. Doug has been influential in raising awareness in the industry around diversity, equity and inclusion. He serves on the Board of engineering firms Walter P Moore in Houston and Cotter Consulting in Chicago. He is also Vice-Chair of the Board for Mercy Northern Light Hospital in Portland, Maine. Doug is a member of the faculty for the ACEC Senior Executive Institute (SEI), the industry's leading program for developing forward-thinking industry leaders. He is also the Vice-Chair of nABLE, the National Advisory Board for Leadership in Engineering, an Advisory Board to the ACEC Research Institute. Doug has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Boston College.

Frank Terak

A veteran business development leader, Frank is dedicated to identifying and developing client relationships and business opportunities. Frank joined LDG in 2022, bringing with him more than three decades of industry knowledge and expertise. In his role, he serves as LDG's lead for all Federal business development, including market strategies, client relationships, market development, and strategic partnering. It is a crucial position that complements the full-service planning, architectural, interior design, and multi-disciplined engineering work that LDG provides to all branches of the Department of Defense and a host of federal civilian agencies. Frank's impressive career spans 30 years providing planning, design, and construction services to Federal agencies including all branches of the Department of Defense (DoD) and select Federal civilian agencies including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of State (DoS), Department of Energy (DoE), and the National Guard Bureau (NGB) worldwide. In addition, he has longstanding relationships with numerous private clients including Bayer Corporation, PPG, NiSource, FMC Corporation, General Electric and BP. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. His professional affiliations include memberships in several posts of the Society of American Military Engineers: Kentuckiana, Pittsburgh, Blue Ridge, Philadelphia, Mobile, Savannah, and Baltimore. He is based in LDG's Pittsburgh, PA office.

Joe Romano IV

With more than 20 years of experience in transportation engineering and construction, Joe brings a balanced mix of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to his role. Joe's broad knowledge base extends to areas such as highway and bridge designs, federal/state/municipal services, traffic analysis, construction administration, and inspections. Coupled with his ability to create strong bond among his team members, he delivers efficient and timely results for our clients. In his role, Joe leads a group of professionals, engineers, and technicians and is responsible for strategic planning, business development, budgets, revenue, quality control and assurance and problem resolution. In addition to his day-to-day work, Joe is deeply engaged in activities that benefit the industry, serving on the national Board of Planning and Design for American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) and on LDG's Political Action Committee, a bipartisan group that works to support local, state and federal politicians who advocate for transportation-related issues and legislation. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and registered as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware.

John DiMarco - Chairman

John joined LDG's Board in 2017, serving as Vice Chairman from 2019-2020, and has been a valuable resource for guidance in the financial performance and strategic direction of the company. He retired as President and CEO from SOC, which provides security, logistics, and life support services to the U.S. government. Prior to joining SOC, he held executive positions with industry giants, including Vice President of Business Strategies for Lockheed Martin and Chief Financial Officer for GE Americom. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lycoming College and a Master of Business Administration from Monmouth University. Lynn Schrier-Behler - CFO

Lynn Schrier-Behler is a seasoned CFO with strong strategic and operational proficiency who has served in leadership roles for large public and private companies as well as major management consulting firms. Lynn Schrier-Behler is a seasoned CFO with strong strategic and operational proficiency who has served in leadership roles for large public and private companies as well as major management consulting firms. She has a significant history with high-growth, turnaround, private equity, and start-up environments. Currently, Lynn is serving as the Interim CFO for MNS Engineers, Inc., a portfolio company of Long Point Capital (LPC) that is headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA. She is also a member of the Moffatt & Nichol Board of Directors and provides executive advisory services as a Corporate Finance Executive to Tectonic Engineering. Prior to advising LPC, Lynn has spent over 20 years in the CFO role within the AEC sector, working for such companies as Parsons, Atkins, Penhall, and Perkins Eastman. During her tenure, she has led multiple support group functions in addition to the traditional CFO areas, to include Information Technology, Contracts, Legal, Risk Management, Real Estate & Facilities, and Human Resources. Lynn has also worked internationally, serving as a Sr. Commercial/Financial Advisor to Lima Airport Partners in Lima, Peru. Additionally, she has served a 3-year term on the Board of Directors of Barge Design Solutions and was the Finance & Audit Committee Chair. Lynn earned a BS in Biochemistry from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Miami.

Rajan Sheth

With more than 47 years of experience in consulting engineering and architecture business, Raj brings a strong, varied knowledge base to his role as a member of the Board of Directors. Raj has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mead & Hunt, Inc. since 1994, and also was CEO of the firm from 1994 to 2018. He joined Mead & Hunt in 1977 and in his time serving as CEO, the company's revenue grew from $10 million in 1994 to over $155 million in 2019. Raj also serves on the board of directors of both Moffatt and Nichol and V3 Companies. He also serves as an advisory director on the board of HFA, an architecture company headquartered in Arkansas. He currently serves as one of the seven trustees for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Retirement Trust, which manages assets in excess of $2 billion. He is also serving on the Board of Trustees for the College of Engineering at the University of Virginia and on the Dean's Industrial Advisory Board for the College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Rick Siler

For more than three decades, Rick has helmed projects in the Federal market from proposal to completion, steering them through all aspects of the process with a steady and experienced hand. Rick has more than 30 years of project management experience and has designed and managed more than 100 projects in various USACE districts with total construction costs valued at over $750 million. Before its acquisition by LDG, Rick was Sr. Vice President for Federal at LWPB, a leading provider of architectural and interior design services for education, Federal, and healthcare clients across the country. Rick possesses advanced knowledge of program management and its integration to balance project performance, budget, schedule, risk, quality, and stakeholder management. He has served as the Program Manager for Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC) with the USACE, National Guard, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). His specialized experience includes designs for barracks, hangars, supply-storage warehouses, battalion and brigade headquarters buildings, access control points, soldier family assistance centers, company operations facilities, and dormitories. He has also served as Architect-of-Record on numerous multidisciplined projects. Rick received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Oklahoma State University and is a Registered Architect in Oklahoma, Washington, and South Carolina. He is also registered as an Interior Designer in Oklahoma and is certified by the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards (NCARB). Outside of work, Rick enjoys skiing, wakeboarding, and weight training. On the weekends he enjoys watching his family participate in rodeo sports.

Ron Schirato

Backed by his two decades of experience and a passion for planning and development, Ron leads LDG's growth into the Federal market space. A civil engineer by education, Ron draws on 20-plus years of experience in a broad range of projects including engineering for site development for Federal, commercial, industrial and education clients. He has served in multiple roles, includi ng as project manage r for full-service, Federal A&E projects and as market lead for national Department of Defense design-build projects. Throughout his career, he has successfully deliver ed a variety of projects for Federal clients such as the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and National Guard, among many others. He utiliz es his Federal market relationships and knowledge of both design-bid-build and design-build delivery methods to successfully develop and lead LDG's Federal operations, using his experience as a civil engineer, project manager, and operations manager for both small and large engineering consulting firms. Ron earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's certificate in Project Management from the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and North Carolina, and he also is an LEED Accredited Professional. Scott Kantner - CIO, SVP

With more than three decades of insights in multiple information technology disciplines and software development, Scott is leading the charge to continually develop innovative platforms and solutions to support LDG's growth. Since joining LDG in 2017, Soctt has led the effort to build the technical foundation for an aggressively forward-looking enterprise, enabling effective delivery of IT-enabled business capabilities across LDG's rapidly expanding national footprint. Using a mix of both traditional and cutting-edge technologies, Scott is leading the company through a digital transformation to create a highly agile, mobile enterprise that provides an outstanding delivery experience for LDG clients. He and his team lead with cloud-native and mobile-first strategies so that employees may work from anywhere and collaborate with clients at any time. Scott also heads LDG's cybersecurity and Federal compliance programs. Prior to coming to LDG, Scott spent a decade with a large established firm in the financial industry with enterprise-level IT, after which he helped found an IT infrastructure consulting and hosting firm which grew over two decades to 150 employees and $40 million in revenue. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Science from Lehigh University.

Stephen Hammel - SVP

He has contributed to the development of billions of dollars' worth of design and construction projects across a spectrum of programs, including the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Energy, the Department of Veterans Affairs, corporate America, K-12 school districts, colleges and universities, hospitals and healthcare systems; warehouse and distribution centers; airports; transit authorities; transportation departments; water and wastewater municipal authorities; and private developers.

Terry Krezmer

Terry has led her team in upgrading and simplifying employee payroll and benefits platform systems, creating an annual incentive compensation program to spur higher levels of achievement and strengthening a public-facing recruiting initiative to attract high quality candidates. She also has led revision of LDG's compensation system to meet industry standards and be more market-competitive and is a force for promoting safety in all workplace activities. Terry is an alumna of Leadership Lycoming and the HR Leadership Academy of the Corporate Executive Board. She received her Bachelor of Science from Lock Haven University.

Vince Thompson - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Possessing a wealth of experience of working in the construction and design industries, Vince provides critical legal expertise for LDG. Vince has more than 15 years of industry experience in business, commercial, compliance, construction, corporate, design, government, insurance, international law and managing outside counsel. Prior to joining LDG, Vince served as Michael Baker International's Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Assistant Secretary and Compliance Officer, where he was the lead attorney on all design-build and international projects and integral to handling a myriad of contracts, agreements, claims, mitigation, arbitration and litigation strategies. Vince takes seriously his business and legal fiduciary responsibilities and as CLO, he leads the management of activity related to contract development, enterprise-wide risk management, claims, compliance, and strategic, proactive solutions for LDG's internal and external legal affairs. Vince holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Juniata College and his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University.
