Alicia is our seasoned real estate broker, lead property manager and oversees each client relationship. She's a stickler for details, loves-loves-loves organization and personally checks up on every property and tenant. When she's not hard at work for her clients, she's enjoying the beauty and sounds of nature with her lovely family and sweet little dog.
Corey's dedication to maintenance and repair is only second to his love for his family and community. Much like the redbud tree, Corey has a lot of heart! He works tirelessly to support marginalized populations in Western North Carolina. When he's not hard at work at our properties, he's hard at work for our community!
Hillary sources, screens and places qualified tenants while ensuring our properties are in good working order. She responds to emergencies with the precision of a surgeon; aiding both tenant and owner. Yet, it's her pragmatic demeanor that truly benefits all who are involved. A Warren Wilson Alumni, her history in Asheville is rich with a mountain life full of family and community.
