DREAM Technical Academy is the first of the four charter schools that opened in the fall of 2014 under Technical Academies of Minnesota School District 4217-07... We are a free public charter school that focuses on career and college preparedness for grades 7th through 12th. CHOICE is the second school opened by Technical Academies of Minnesota (ISD 4217), a charter school district authorized by the Minnesota Department of Education and Osprey Wilds Charter School Division.
