access Abilities has been providing programs and services in western PA since 1954. As a 501c3 nonprofit organization, the Agency offers First Steps Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers from birth to age 3. access Abilities also provides Home & Community Services, for adults with a physical, developmental or intellectual disability... access Abilities Home & Community Services provides a variety of direct care supports for youth & adults with disabilities - helping participants maintain independence in their home or community. Compassionate qualified care professionals help you maintain independence in your home by assisting with activities of daily living, independent living skills, and respite care.
