Anjie Alleman is a Master Aesthetic Injector and GAIN trainer. She is an incredibly experienced and passionate professional. With over 30 years of nursing experience and 13 years specializing in aesthetic injections, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients. She's found her passion in injecting and is dedicated to helping others feel and look their best.
Her background as a registered nurse in the OR has given her a unique perspective and understanding of medical procedures, which has greatly contributed to her skills as an aesthetic injector. And as a proud mom and avid traveler, she values balance in her life and finds inspiration in exploring new places.

Brandon Mickelson is a certified Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in dermatology and a passion for patient care. He was raised on a dairy farm in southeastern Idaho and spent two years living in Chile, where he became fluent in Spanish. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2019. During college, he worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant at his local hospital, gaining valuable experience in hands-on patient care.
After graduation, Brandon worked for nearly three years as a medical assistant for two highly respected dermatologists in Salt Lake City. This experience solidified his interest in dermatology and inspired him to pursue PA school. He earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Richmond, Virginia, in March 2024. While in PA school, he completed elective rotations in both dermatology and plastic surgery, served as a student ambassador, and was an active member of the PA program interview committee.
Brandon is a member of the Utah Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Associates. He is excited to be back in Utah and practicing at Tooele Dermatology, where he has many family members living in the Tooele Valley. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family, and loves outdoor activities like hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and target shooting. In his downtime, you'll also find him baking or playing board games.
Brandon is committed to helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin-and he is currently accepting new patients. He is also a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), a designation reflecting his advanced training and dedication to excellence in dermatologic care.

Damion Rodeback is a certified Physician Assistant who specializes in dermatology. Damion grew up in Northern Utah and obtained his undergraduate degree in Health Promotion and Education from The University of Utah, where he graduated with honors. Upon completion, he attended Eastern Virginia Medical School where he earned his Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies. After graduation, he moved to Seattle where he worked as a surgical first assistant for a prominent orthopedic surgeon. He then studied and practiced with two large, well-respected dermatology groups for over five years in California before joining Red Ledges Dermatology.
Jim earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Utah and a Masters Degree from Cornell University in New York. He is a certified Physicians Assistant with years of general medical experience and a keen interest in dermatology. Jim has been a partner at Parkinson Dermatology for over 16 years. Jim has special expertise in diagnosing and treating skin cancer, acne, and warts.
Kristine grew up in Orem and attended BYU, where she got her bachelor of science. She graduated in 2009 from Touro University Nevada with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. After graduating, Kristine began practicing at Academic Dermatology of Nevada in Henderson, NV. In 2017, she returned to Utah where she practiced at Parkinson dermatology. Kristine enjoys treating psoriasis along with other skin conditions. "I'm huge on patient education because I feel like I was never fully educated as a patient when I was younger. I love to travel and am always planning my next adventure."
Michael W. Peterson, D.O., returns to Utah Valley after serving as a medical officer and dermatologist in the United States Army for 12 years. Raised in Utah County, Dr. Peterson is a graduate of Brigham Young University (BYU). He attended medical school at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, where he received Sigma Sigma Phi honors, and was awarded the Health Professions Army Scholarship. His post-graduate training included a transitional internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, and a residency in dermatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Most recently, he completed a fellowship in Dermatopathology at the University of Texas Southwestern under the direction of the world-renowned Dr. Clay Cockerell. Dr. Peterson is dual-board-certified in Dermatology and Dermatopathology from the American Board of Dermatology.
In his clinics, Dr. Michael Peterson focuses on all aspects of general, medical, and pediatric dermatology, and has a special interest in diagnosing skin biopsies under the microscope. He also enjoys teaching patients to become more knowledgeable about managing their own skin conditions. Currently, Dr. Michael Peterson is an associate professor for the Aspen Dermatology Residency program, where he enjoys educating physicians to become dermatologists. He has given numerous CME lectures, published multiple peer-reviewed journal articles, and has written chapters in dermatology textbooks. Dr. Peterson is a member of the Sigma Sigma Phi Honor Society, the American Medical Association, and the American Academy of Dermatology. During his military career, MAJ(P) Michael Peterson was an ambassador in the field of dermatology. He served overseas on two different assignments and was the Chief of Dermatology at the 121 Hospital in Seoul, Korea.
While serving, he was awarded two Meritorious Service Medals, the Army Commendation Medal, and two Army Achievement Medals. Dr. Peterson served a two-year ecclesiastical service mission to Taiwan and is fluent in Chinese. He is married to Nicole Jensen Peterson, and they are blessed to have five beautiful children-three boys and two girls. They have enjoyed living in and traveling to many areas of the world, including South Korea and Puerto Rico. They currently reside in Mapleton, Utah. Scott and his wife grew up in Utah Valley and are happy to be back home in the area. They are parents of three young boys with a girl set to join the family soon. Scott attended BYU for his undergraduate degree and afterward completed his physician assistant program in Arizona in 2014. He then started his career working for a dermatologist in the Logan area before joining us here at Springville Dermatology. Scott enjoys developing a rapport with patients of all ages while treating their skin conditions. He excels in discussing different treatment options with his patients and deciding together which will be the best option in their case.
