Amy Guisinger, P.E., is a Florida-registered Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, materials testing, and inspection services. Amy specializes in shallow and deep foundation analyses, retaining wall and soil anchor system design, settlement and slope stability analyses, and pavement evaluation for roadways, bridges, retaining walls, retention ponds, and ground settlement projects. Her experience in the commercial and government sector includes single-story to multi-story residential buildings, parking garages, districtwide or continuing service contracts, conventional design projects, and design-build projects. She has provided her expertise on more than 50 bridge and roadway design projects for the FDOT throughout Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7. Amy has more than 17 years of experience providing engineering support on Districtwide Geotechnical Services Contracts for FDOT Districts 1 and 7.

Harmon Bennett, P.E., Principal Engineer for Construction Engineering Inspection Services, is a Florida-registered Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing and inspection services. Harmon has completed numerous projects for the FDOT as a Geotechnical Engineer in the areas of roadway and bridge foundation investigations, asphalt coring and evaluation programs, and design studies. His experience also includes geotechnical investigation and materials testing service projects for public and private clients. These projects include multi-story structures, distribution centers, hotels, large-scale retail, hospitals, and others. He has served as the Contract Project Manager for multiple FDOT District 1 Districtwide Materials Testing Contracts and District 7 Districtwide CEI Contracts, as well as numerous Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) Projects for several State Agencies. His experience includes coordinating contract management, testing, and personnel utilization. He is skilled in nearly all forms of construction for Commercial and Transportation related projects, including multi-story structures, large-scale commercial, roadways, bridges, walls, and foundations.

Jose Oliva has 25 years of experience supervising field crew and CADD. As Senior CADD Manager and Field Supervisor, Jose has planned and coordinated over 1,500 transportation, residential and commercial projects. He is responsible for supervising field work and all CADD/Microstation activities used to develop and generate plans and profiles. Jose's responsibilities include attending project kick-off meetings, boring layouts, safety training, planning mobilization of drilling equipment as well as manpower, and overseeing CADD/Microstation technicians for geotechnical projects. He also maintains a database of related information in GIS. In addition, Jose is an experienced laboratory and CTQP-certified QC Manager. He is also MOT certified by MDX.

Kumar Vedula, P.E. is a Florida-registered Professional Engineer with 26 years of geotechnical and construction materials testing experience. He specializes in geotechnical projects involving foundation design, slope stability analysis, WEAP analysis and interpreting PDA reports, excavation support, and construction inspection. Additional experience includes foundation inspections (shallow and deep foundations), soil modification (dynamic compaction, stone columns), preloading, excavations, backfilling, and post-construction monitoring. Kumar has served as a principal inspector on numerous surcharging and settlement evaluations of organic laden soils assignments. His project experience includes more than 20 high-rise buildings, as well as foundation engineering for bridges, roadways, utilities, schools, and government facilities.

Morgan Dickinson is a Florida-registered Professional Engineer and Special Inspector with more than 40 years of experience. His background includes construction material testing, construction engineering and inspection, engineering management, geotechnical engineering, and threshold building inspection. He has provided construction engineering services for roadways, bridges, retaining walls, high-rise structures, earthen dams and impoundments, airports (both landside and airside), runways, and taxiways. He serves as Principal Materials Engineer providing QA/QC services on a variety of projects in both the private and public sectors. He has managed contractors' QC programs and represented owners, providing QA, verification, and threshold inspection services. Morgan is responsible for supervising and reporting all the materials for testing activities on projects as per FDOT CQC procedures. He attends project meetings and serves as a liaison between contractors and the FDOT regarding testing and inspections. His responsibilities include the planning and management of field investigations, construction materials testing, and inspections accomplished by our engineering technicians and Special/Threshold Inspectors.

Raj Krishnasamy, P.E. is the President and Principal Engineer of TSFGeo. With more than 3 decades of professional engineering experience, he inspires his highly experienced team to focus on providing consistently accurate, cost-effective, quality service that is delivered on time and within budget. He has extensive experience as Project Manager and QA/QC Officer for geotechnical engineering and CMT projects and has successfully completed over 5,000 public and private projects that includes 175 Express Segments A, B, C and D, FDOT projects, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport's South Runway Expansion (featuring the largest MSE wall in Florida).
Raj is a Florida-registered Professional Engineer with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Christian Brothers University (1987) and an M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Memphis (1995). He has been a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Florida Engineering Society (FES), and American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) for many years and has served on their boards as ASCE Memphis, Past President, ACEC Past Program Chairman, ACEC DBE/MBE, Past Director and FES, Past Treasurer. He currently serves as a Vice President on the Board of Governors for Bear Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach, as well as on the Board of Trustees for Vista Park Contract Park Condominium Association. Raj proudly supports the Els Center for Autism in Jupiter as a co-chairman of their charity-driven golf challenge, and has provided on-going pro-bono engineering services to the center's construction.
Sean graduated with his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in April of 2021. While attending the university he was featured on the College of Engineering Dean's List, made the President's Honor Roll, and was a member of the Phi Kapa Phi National Honor Society and the American Society of Civil Engineers. Sean is a certified Florida Board of Professional Engineers Engineering Intern.

Stephen Hey has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. He has more than 7 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, laboratory testing, and inspection services, working on numerous public and private projects throughout South Florida. He is a CTQP certified Pile Driving Inspector experienced with FDOT, Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and several other municipalities. Stephen's experience also includes monitoring and interpreting data for static load testing on auger cast piles; monitoring installation of Vibro-floatation and Vibro-replacement and overseeing seismic monitoring (Vibration monitoring). Stephen is also the construction services estimator for residential, municipal, and FDOT projects for TSFGeo.
