Having dinner at "Chez Pastis" is not about having a tasty meal, it is not about having a nice service, it is not about being in a romantic athmosphere and it is not about sharing some laughs with your table neighbours...
Starter: unique on the island, we are specialised in smoked fish carpaccio, home made with our own equipment and selected aromas. It is served with capers and a citronette sauce (extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice).
