Founded by Ray Esser in 1966 under the name Dielectric Corporation, we have more than 55 years of experience in the fabrication and machining industry. In 2019 we modified our name to Dielectric Manufacturing to better reflect our breadth of capabilities. We remain privately owned by the Esser family, and continue to grow... In 2020, we opened a newly built 100,000-square-foot headquarter facility in Richfield, WI, just northwest of Milwaukee. With this new facility, we are able to offer even greater production efficiencies and provide room for future expansion.
