Abby has been a part of the Cole team since 2017, making a smooth transition from several years in the healthcare sector.
Abby has vast knowledge and experience with the ongoing daily business financial functions. However, with a judicious and perfectionists approach, and the ability to interpret and apply denomination specific enterprise agreements in conjunction with multiple state and federal awards, Abby's strength within payroll management was prevalent.

Antonietta comes to the Cole Family with 5 years school experience as a Finance Manager and has a diverse range of skills and experience in the finance field.
With a Bachelor of Commerce Antonietta is highly motivated by challenges and is adept at solving complex problems.
Antonietta is a team player with a strong work ethic and a valued member of the Cole Team who always gives her best to achieve desired outcomes.
Crystal has worked in the independent school sector for several years and has extensive finance and software experience. She is a welcome addition to the Cole Team and brings with her a dedicated and client-focused approach. Crystal holds a Cerficate IV in Bookkeeping and Cerficate III in Business & Legal Administration.
When Crystal is not advocating for our clients you will find her at the gym, camping, cooking, or relaxing with her family.

Darryl is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants with 10 years' experience as a school business manager and 15 years in not-for-profit executive management positions.
He joined Cole in 2022 having worked for over 40 years in a wide range of key financial management and accounting roles, gaining a strong background in the preparation and monitoring of annual and long-term budgets and cashflow forecasting.
With strong problem-solving, change management and system development skills, he has a keen eye for detail and enjoys a "hands on" approach which enables him to assist organisations in various ways.

Gayle has worked with non-government schools for over 20 years - Lutheran, Catholic, Anglican and non-denominational schools/colleges, both in South Australia and Queensland. Her roles have included Finance Manager, Accountant and Business Manager.
Based on the Gold Coast, Gayle supports schools across Australian and New Zealand with her extensive Knowledge and experience.
Gayle is CPA qualified and has completed a MBA.
Helen joins the Cole Family with over 15 years customers service and accounts processing. Having completed her Diploma of Accounting she provides expertise in tasks such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. Helen also has knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Additionally, she is highly organised, a strong problem solver and her attention to detail is commendable.

Helen is a Chartered Accountant with wide experience in the health, commerce and education sectors. Her latest role before joining the Cole team in 2021 was Finance Manager in an independent school.
Helen's communication skills, attention to detail and excellent technical knowledge would benefit any client project she undertakes. From high-level strategic reports to day-to-day financial functions, Helen's versatile skills are able to be applied to many client requirements.

Julia joined the Cole team in 2020 and has 5 years of experience within a School environment. During this time, she was responsible for a wide range of administration, finance and event coordination duties. Julia has experience with Accounts Payable and Debtor management and enjoys learning new school software.
Julia is also a music teacher and has a Diploma of Business.
Julie with over 30 years experience in Finance and Administration is a highly regarded Payroll expert with broad software knowledge.
Julie is well versed working in a fast-paced environment. With a great eye for detail, exceptional communication skills and a positive, friendly and engaging personality Julie is a valued Cole Team Member.
Karen brings broad events management, marketing and administration experience to the Cole Team and has a double Diploma in Business and Management.
A self confessed animal, people and social events lover she relishes being part of a team and striving together to achieve desired business outcomes.

Kylie is a highly motivated and results driven finance officer with over twelve years of invaluable experience leading, developing and processing in various roles throughout the financial sector.
Skilled in numerous financial fields including full function payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting, Kylie is able to reach optimal business outcomes and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Based in sunny Queensland Kylie is an integral part of the extended Cole Family.
Laura is a chartered accountant with financial reporting and analytics experience in the financial services sector with publicly listed companies. In addition, she has experience as an auditor in commercial and charity audit. She is a professional and motivated individual who brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to her role with Cole School Experts.
Laura is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business.

An intuitive and highly professional member of the Cole team since 2019, Laura's work ethic and ability to adapt are complementary to both her accounting and relationship building skills. Laura has a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) and is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
Lauren comes to Cole School Experts bringing over 20 years of Payroll/HR software knowledge and is an experienced Payroll Manager in both commercial and educational sectors across Australia and NZ.
Lauren has strong accounting, people management and project management skills along with advanced Excel skills, and the ability to learn new software packages quickly. Client focused, deadline driven, a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively ensures her knowledge of multiple programs, awards and interpretation of complex enterprise agreements is to the highest standard.

With 11 years as the Finance Manager for an elite Catholic Boarding College in North Brisbane, Marama has gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of financial operations and requirements specific to the education sector.
In addition to her school-related knowledge, Marama has more than 25 years of experience across various business sectors in both Australia and New Zealand.
Along with a can-do-attitude and strong work ethic, Marama brings with her broad experience, knowledge of school financial operations, proficient with The Alpha School System, and a diverse background in finance and administration.
Marie is an experienced Payroll and Finance professional. She has developed a reputation for being adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn new programs and processes. She is a problem-solver by nature, always seeking out ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
One of her greatest strengths is her attention to detail. She understands the importance of accuracy, especially when it comes to financial matters. She takes pride in her ability to catch errors and inconsistencies, ensuring that all records are complete and accurate. Marie is also a friendly and approachable individual that understands the importance of building relationships and working closely with colleagues and clients to achieve common goals.
Marisa comes to Cole with over 20 years of experience in finance, previously working in various industries including education, legal and health.
She has a Diploma in Accounting and a range of experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, debtor management, analysis and reporting.
Marisa is a team player and adapts easily to new systems. She is detail orientated and a great communicator, willing to take on any task and provide excellent service for our clients.
Michael founded Cole in 1999 and has over 25 years' Senior Management experience. Michael works closely with Schools to focus on key aspects of School operations and often acts as an independent, confidential strategic partner, one that is experienced in the complexity of Schools, either on the end of the phone to give advice, or to work with the School on specialised projects. Michael's vast School knowledge, ranging from forensic accounting to funding expertise, makes Michael our most experienced School Expert!

Sue is a well-respected and capable member of the Cole Family. She is a professional service provider with a strong customer satisfaction focus.
Sue has a solid background relating to all aspects of accounts including accounts receivable, and accounts payable, data entry and debt collection.
Based in Queensland Sue is self motivated, professional and has a high attention to detail.
Toni joined the Cole team in 2009, bringing with her over 35 years' extensive administrative experience with major corporates as well as small and medium sized companies. Toni is highly skilled in Xero and is Xero certified. She is highly proficient in the areas of office administration, payroll, finance and information technology which is vital to the smooth running of Cole's day-to-day operations.

Vanessa brings to Cole over 25 years of Business Finance, Administration and Management experience.
A career that has allowed her to work in several job sectors such as Local, State, and Commonwealth governments, as well as in corporate sectors. These work environments have provided Vanessa with invaluable experience and knowledge regarding the constant changes and requirements of business and its workforce.
Vanessa believes that treating others the way she would like to be treated is the philosophy to aspire to each day. This principle has assisted significantly to the success of her many years of effective debt collection and debtor management. Vanessa is fully trained and proficient in the legal and court systems, which is vital knowledge to be equipped with when negotiating payments of outstanding debts.
