Abby has been a part of the Cole team since 2017, making a smooth transition from several years in the healthcare sector. Abby has vast knowledge and experience with the ongoing daily business financial functions. However, with a judicious and perfectionists approach, and the ability to interpret and apply denomination specific enterprise agreements in conjunction with multiple state and federal awards, Abby's strength within payroll management was prevalent.

Antonietta Whitehead

Antonietta comes to the Cole Family with 5 years school experience as a Finance Manager and has a diverse range of skills and experience in the finance field. With a Bachelor of Commerce Antonietta is highly motivated by challenges and is adept at solving complex problems. Antonietta is a team player with a strong work ethic and a valued member of the Cole Team who always gives her best to achieve desired outcomes.

Crystal Eyre

Crystal has worked in the independent school sector for several years and has extensive finance and software experience. She is a welcome addition to the Cole Team and brings with her a dedicated and client-focused approach. Crystal holds a Cerficate IV in Bookkeeping and Cerficate III in Business & Legal Administration. When Crystal is not advocating for our clients you will find her at the gym, camping, cooking, or relaxing with her family.

Darryl Buchanan

Darryl is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants with 10 years' experience as a school business manager and 15 years in not-for-profit executive management positions. He joined Cole in 2022 having worked for over 40 years in a wide range of key financial management and accounting roles, gaining a strong background in the preparation and monitoring of annual and long-term budgets and cashflow forecasting. With strong problem-solving, change management and system development skills, he has a keen eye for detail and enjoys a "hands on" approach which enables him to assist organisations in various ways.

Gayle Nicholson

Gayle has worked with non-government schools for over 20 years - Lutheran, Catholic, Anglican and non-denominational schools/colleges, both in South Australia and Queensland. Her roles have included Finance Manager, Accountant and Business Manager. Based on the Gold Coast, Gayle supports schools across Australian and New Zealand with her extensive Knowledge and experience. Gayle is CPA qualified and has completed a MBA.

Helen Bartsch

Helen joins the Cole Family with over 15 years customers service and accounts processing. Having completed her Diploma of Accounting she provides expertise in tasks such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. Helen also has knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Additionally, she is highly organised, a strong problem solver and her attention to detail is commendable.

Helen He

Helen is a Chartered Accountant with wide experience in the health, commerce and education sectors. Her latest role before joining the Cole team in 2021 was Finance Manager in an independent school. Helen's communication skills, attention to detail and excellent technical knowledge would benefit any client project she undertakes. From high-level strategic reports to day-to-day financial functions, Helen's versatile skills are able to be applied to many client requirements.

Julia Knowles

Julia joined the Cole team in 2020 and has 5 years of experience within a School environment. During this time, she was responsible for a wide range of administration, finance and event coordination duties. Julia has experience with Accounts Payable and Debtor management and enjoys learning new school software. Julia is also a music teacher and has a Diploma of Business.

Laura Kingsley-Rowe

Michael's vast School knowledge, ranging from forensic accounting to funding expertise, makes Michael our most experienced School Expert!

Vanessa brings to Cole over 25 years of Business Finance, Administration and Management experience. A career that has allowed her to work in several job sectors such as Local, State, and Commonwealth governments, as well as in corporate sectors. These work environments have provided Vanessa with invaluable experience and knowledge regarding the constant changes and requirements of business and its workforce. Vanessa believes that treating others the way she would like to be treated is the philosophy to aspire to each day. This principle has assisted significantly to the success of her many years of effective debt collection and debtor management. Vanessa is fully trained and proficient in the legal and court systems, which is vital knowledge to be equipped with when negotiating payments of outstanding debts.
