Bruno Odermatt

He started his professional career with Credit Suisse and worked after that several years as Audit Manager for Deloitte Switzerland. His next station was KPMG Switzerland where he headed the Corporate Finance department as well as the Center of Competence for valuations. In 2001 he founded the Value Solutions Group which is specialized in accounting, tax, audit and small M&A transactions. Next to this work as Partner at Value Solutions he is engaged in several companies as Board Member.

Carl-Johan Francke

Carl-Johan studied Environmental Sciences at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology ETH Zurich. In 2000 he started his professional career in the investment company RobecoSAM in Zurich, becoming Co-Head of Research. In 2010 he joined Heiq Materials as CFO in order to manage a strategical capital increase. Today and since 2011 he is an independent entrepreneur in second generation and CEO of the Casper Francke Klettverschluss-Systeme, a highly specialized company for narrow fabrics converting.

Carlo Centonze - Chairman

Carlo studied Biology and Forest Engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology ETH Zurich. He earned his Executive MBA at the University of St.Gallen. He started his professional career as co-founder of the ETH Spin-off Myclimate, today one of the world's leading providers of carbon offsetting measures.He founded together with partners the start up company Heiq Materials for antimicrobial silver applications applied in many different products in as various applications as textiles, medical devices, cosmetics, plastics and coatings.

Gianluca Padlina

Avv. Gianluca Padlina graduated in Law at the University of Zurich. From 2010 to 2015 Gianluca act as a lawyer in two different lawfirms. In 2016 Avv. Padlina became co-owner of the "Studio Legale e Notarile Sulser Jelmini Padlina e Partner". Gianluca is also active in politics and since 2009 covered the role of City Councilor for the municipality of Mendrisio.

Matteo Centonze

Matteo studied Hotel & Restaurant Management at Belvoirpark Zürich, one of the Swiss leading schools in this sector. After his graduation in 2004, he started his career directly as a Restaurant Manager managing two of the most famous restaurants in Zürich. In 2007 he joined CC Prodega, the Swiss leading supplier for restaurants and hotels as Deputy Director. In 2008 he decided to get a university degree in Business & Administration at the ZHAW in Zürich, in order to meet the challenges of entering the family business. Since 2010 he works at ECSA. Today he serves on several boards and is CEO of ECSA Group & Co-Owner.
