Jim has been involved with the tax & accounting industry for over 20 years. He started out working in an IRS lock box facility, eventually becoming the senior team leader. During this time the site was commended for being one of the most accurate in the system, and surprised everybody when the site was able to perform the work of 2 sites at the same time. In 2003, Jim began working with a small independent tax business in the Reading, PA area where his expertise benefited the company greatly. In 2009, Jim returned to school to complete his accounting degree in 2012, and continued on to complete a master's in 2015 with a concentration in public accounting. When not doing tax and accounting work, Jim works as an accountant for the PA Department of Human Services, working specifically with long-term nursing facilities. On Saturdays from August to May, Jim is a volunteer youth bowling coach at Strike Zone Alleys in Pottsville, PA, and holds a USBC Silver level training.

Joanne Reitnour

Joanne commenced her responsibilities within the organization in 2017. Having graduated from Mahanoy Area High School in 2019, Joanne gained experience by working part-time for a local IT services firm. She recently completed her BBA with an accounting concentration at Kutztown University. In addition to her academic pursuits, Joanne possesses a deep passion for bowling, having achieved notable accomplishments as a youth bowler, such as winning two consecutive league championships, a single Pepsi District Championship, and making two appearances in the Pepsi state finals. She has also set personal records in her bowling career, including a remarkable single-game score of 276 and a series score of 733. She has competed at the collegiate level over the prior 4 1/2 years. Furthermore, Joanne holds the distinction of being a USBC Level I coach, lending her expertise on Saturday mornings whenever her schedule permits.
