Dr. Hiebert brings over 20 years of private practice experience to the 406 Team. His focus has been on quality patient care with a comfortable and relaxing office experience for his patients, and a healthy, enjoyable working environment for his staff.
After Graduating from the University of Alabama in 1992 with Degrees in Microbiology and Chemistry, he moved on to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry where he graduated in 1996. Dr. Hiebert returned to his hometown of Miami, OK where he purchased a practice that had existed nearly 30 years. After outgrowing that practice in only 3 years, he decided to build his first practice, relocated and continued practicing with the previous dentist an additional 5 years until his retirement. After 20 years, Dr Hiebert decided to expand his practice to the Northwest Arkansas area, settling in Lowell, Arkansas. Dr. Hiebert accepted the challenge of opening a ground up facility with no patients, while bringing some of his brightest practice personnel into Lowell to work on building this new office and growing it to what it is today. Dr. Hiebert brings his real-life experiences that not only dental graduates face, but also those dentists looking to get into private practice. Both buying an existing practice and building a ground up new practice each have their own, unique challenges. These challenges and experiences (both good and bad) most dentists will face, or are facing right now. As the Lead Consultant, Dr. Hiebert will be the primary team member to take the pulse and diagnose any areas of need and point out the areas of strength.
Dr. Hiebert and his wife, Nicole, have three beautiful daughters, Winni, Gabbi and Anna.

Felicia is another Office Manager that has gained valuable experience from her work as a trainer and consultant for corporate offices supporting in business operations, senior management, technology systems and analysis. It has been this experience that has helped her grow into the vital role she currently holds.
Having been a trainer and business consultant, she was able to use that experience to seamlessly transition herself into the Dental Industry. She has been cross trained in numerous areas of a dental office before growing into the Office Manager position. Because she has worked in various areas of the dental office, she has been able to make all the connections between departments, which includes where, why and how some of those connections can be stronger. She is the complete package that is highly skilled and experienced in Dentrix, Dexis, InVivo6 and more. Her role in 406 will be supporting the Front Office Lead and training on Dentrix with an emphasis on paperless charting. Her dental experience and attributes make Felicia perfect for the smaller dental practice where RDHs and DAs will have numerous roles within an office.
Felicia was born and raised in Oklahoma, now residing in Lowell, Arkansas. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite past-times include kayaking, hiking and traveling.
With 15 years of experience advertising and marketing medical practices, John has made a career of working with offices to target the right demographic, increasing quality phone calls, which can be converted into new patients.
Beginning his career as a Marketing Manager for a LASIK practice in 2004, John found himself up against some strong competition. Trying several mediums, budgets and messages without moving the needle, it became apparent that fighting the competition on their ground wasn't the answer. Rather, John found advertising where there wasn't any competitor was more effective. Not long after the practice became one of the giants of the market for LASIK, John found himself being pursued by other offices for his services. If he had value to more than one office, why not be available to more than one office, or even more than one medical professional? Since that time, until the formation of 406 Resources, John has found his unique approach to targeting audiences in the dental profession. John will lead the Marketing & Advertising Department for 406 as well as handle day-to-day operations and contact between offices and the rest of the 406 Team.
John currently resides in Chickasha, OK with his wife Keli (also the 406 Lead Front Office Trainer) with their 5 children, Gehrig, Boston, Maris, Nolan and Caroline. John and his wife spend their spare time watching their kid's play sports, while John also plays competitive adult amateur baseball.

Keli has more than 10 years in the Dental industry, with more than 8 of those being the Office Manager of a 3-doctor, multi-million-dollar practice. Her leadership, training and overall professional skills have made her an integral part of the success of the practice.
Keli began her career in Corporate Retail with one of the larger retail chains in the US. After two promotions in two different states, she became the General Manager of a multi-million-dollar store managing over 60 employees with some of the best sales numbers in the district, while having some of the smallest loss percentages in the entire, nationwide company. From there, she became Assistant to the Dean of Fine Arts at the University of Oklahoma to have better hours to spend watching her children's school and athletic events. After an enjoyable tenure at OU where Keli was able to recruit and watch some of the most talented Musical Theatre students in America, she also earned her master's degree in Human Relations; maintaining a 4.0 GPA while pregnant with her 3rd child! She then found an interesting and challenging opportunity in the Dental Industry, with another opportunity to work even closer to home and be closer to children's activities. Keli's established success in recognizing talent, managing and training that talent along with her extensive knowledge of her own office day-to-day responsibilities of overseeing several other key departments makes her, perhaps, the most valuable asset to 406's lineup. Keli is well-suited to set up offices of either a larger scale, or offices that are aggressively working towards growth and will need to be prepared to adjust seamlessly to the growth.
Keli has been married to 406 Founder, John, since 1999 and they have 5 children, Gehrig, Boston, Maris, Nolan and Caroline. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her children's baseball and basketball games and traveling.
