Abiodun has a first degree in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (1988) and an MBA in Finance from Obafemi Awolowo University (1999). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and Fellow, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS). He attended the Euromoney Senior Management Development Programme in 2001 and the Executive Management Programme of the London Management Centre in 2009. Mr. Akinjayeju served as Special Adviser to the Honourable Commissioner for Finance of Lagos State on Technical Matters. He assumed responsibility at FundQuest in July 2012 from FBN Capital Limited where he was at various times Head, Capital Markets, CEO FBN Securities Limited (a subsidiary of FBN Capital), and later as Vice President in charge of Investment Management overseeing the Funds and Asset Management business of the First Bank subsidiary between 2006 and 2011. Prior to joining FBN Capital Limited, he was in charge of the Investment Banking Unit in the Corporate Finance Group of First Bank of Nigeria Plc. Between 1995 and 2001, Abiodun had responsibilities for the Capital Markets, Securities Underwriting and Wealth Management businesses of Afribank International Limited (Merchant Bankers). Abiodun's experience includes leading key deal structuring in project finance, financial advisory, debt and equity capital raising, investment management, and securities trading. He also has significant hands-on experience in privatisation advisory (buy-side and sell-side deal structuring), management buy-out and SME balance sheet restructuring.

Bisi Oni is a highly skilled economist with extensive experience in financial advisory and asset management. He obtained a second-class upper division in his first degree and graduated with a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. Bisi is widely recognized for his academic achievements, as he emerged as the best-graduating student in the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria in 1997 and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers in 2004. With years of experience in the financial industry, Bisi has worked with top-tier financial institutions such as Financial Derivatives Company, FBN Merchant Bankers, FBN Capital (now FBNQuest Merchant Bank), and the Managing Director and CEO of FBN Securities Limited. He led several capital raises for corporates and sub-national bonds during his tenure, displaying his strong financial and analytical skills. Bisi is also well-versed in budgeting, financial planning, and risk management. In addition to his experience in financial management, Bisi is highly skilled in corporate strategy, investment management, negotiations and resource management. Mr. Lawuyi is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom (ACCA). He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Member of the Institute of Management Consultants. Dayo Lawuyi became a Board Member of a publicly quoted company in 1982 by being appointed as the Finance Director of the then Hagemeyer Nigeria Plc, now D. N. Meyer Plc. He now serves as the Chairman of the company's Board. Prior to joining D.N. Meyer, he served in various capacities in Berger Paints, Michelin Group and Rank Xerox. He also worked as a Management Consultant with the then Coopers Lybrand Associates, now PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He was invited to the Board of Dunlop Nigeria Plc in 1986, and became the Managing Director of the company in 1991. He is now the Chairman of the Board of the Company. Rotimi Adekunle Hussain

Adekunle Hussain was the pioneer Director-General of Lagos State Pension Commission (LASPEC) since April, 2009 where he exhibited a high level of professional competence in the administration of the Contributory Pension Scheme particularly in the Public Sector of the State. Under his leadership, Lagos State blazed the trail, as the first State in Nigeria to migrate effectively from the Defined Benefit Scheme to the new Contributory Pension Scheme. Prior to his appointment as the Director-General of LASPEC, Adekunle Hussain had worked meritoriously at the top management level with the First Bank of Nigeria Plc, spanning a period of 31 years (1978 to 2009), after his mandatory National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) programme between 1977 and 1978. He brought his rich experience in the banking sector to bear on this assignment of ensuring efficient pension fund administration in the Public Sector of Lagos State, where he successfully supervised remittances of about $500million to selected Pension Fund Administrators between April 2009 and June 2015. Mr. Hussain graduated from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1977 with a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture, and also holds a Master of Science Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ibadan (1992), where he was the winner of the Afribank prize for best graduating student with an all-round performance in M.Sc.
