Andrew Albero is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Life Sciences Practice. Andrew is an experienced litigator with a diverse and nationwide practice focused primarily in the areas of pharmaceutical and medical device products liability defense, medical malpractice defense and long-term care litigation. He defends national medical device and pharmaceutical companies at various levels of the supply chain in both local and multidistrict product liability actions. His complex cases involve alleged catastrophic injuries and economic losses attributed to malfunctioning surgically implantable medical devices and contaminated and/or defective prescription medications.
Andrew also currently represents physicians in numerous subspecialties, nurses, physician practice groups, hospitals, a major regional integrated health system, long-term care facilities, and a substance abuse treatment center in medical professional negligence matters. His complex cases routinely involve misdiagnoses, medication errors, perioperative complications, falls, decubitus ulcers, among others.
In addition, Andrew has recently expanded his practice beyond the realm of litigation and into the ever-changing and nuanced field of healthcare regulatory compliance. He utilizes his strategic approach, finely-tuned legal research skills, and diverse litigation background to help healthcare clients take proactive steps and avoid costly litigation. He works closely with in-house counsel and risk managers of a major regional health system and regularly provides healthcare regulatory and compliance counseling. He also provides strategic input on risk mitigation/management efforts and advises his clients in complex care situations involving pregnancies, psychiatric patients, pediatric patients, dealings with government officials and law enforcement, HIPAA compliance, among many other matters.
Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Andrew gained valuable insight and experience working with the seasoned medical malpractice defense trial attorneys in Philadelphia. Over the years, his detail-oriented and strategic approach has helped achieve countless successful case resolutions in high-exposure medical professional negligence actions on behalf of healthcare providers throughout the Philadelphia area. Andrew has defended health systems, hospitals, long-term care facilities, physicians, physician practice groups, nursing staff, mental health care providers, and other allied health professionals. He has both first and second-chair trial experience and has managed intensive fact discovery and developed defense theories in numerous complex cases by collaborating directly with clients, witnesses, and experts. He has routinely and independently conducted discovery depositions of adverse parties and their fact witnesses and prepared and presented healthcare providers for their depositions and trial testimony. In addition, Andrew has prepared and argued a wide variety of pre-trial motions and has drafted winning briefs and pleadings in significant cases on behalf of his clients.

Angelica Agnitti is a partner in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Ms. Agnitti has 13 years of experience litigating in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Her practice centers on general liability matters, focusing on the defense of high value bodily injury and wrongful death claims alleging construction defects, the New York Labor Law, Dram Shop laws, complex commercial claims, risk transfer and insurance coverage disputes, premises liability, personal and commercial motor vehicle liability, and property damages claims.

Corey Shulman is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability, Healthcare, and Medical Malpractice practice groups. He focuses on the defense of home health care agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, businesses, non-profit organizations, and religious institutions in general liability, premises liability, and negligent hiring/supervision matters. Corey specializes in the defense of major hotel chains against claims of human sex trafficking under the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 (18 U.S.C. § 1595). Corey also specializes in the defense of religious and secular institutions against claims of child sexual abuse under New York's Child Victims Act.
Prior to Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Shulman specialized in the defense of physicians and major hospitals in medical malpractice matters. His litigation background also includes defending property owners and management companies in premises liability and construction liability matters.
Mr. Shulman is an avid marathoner and triathlete. He recently ran the New York City Marathon in honor of Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem, Israel.

Josh Cole Aicklen is a partner in the Las Vegas office of Lewis Brisbois and chair of the firm's national Hospitality Practice. He has almost 30 years of experience litigating cases in the Nevada and California State and Federal courts. Mr. Aicklen practices in the areas of hospitality litigation and works with local and national hospitality clients in all aspects of claims of premises liability, food service and against grocery and retail stores. He also prosecutes business litigation matters. His other practice areas include general liability litigation defense in wrongful death, automobile, trucking and motorcycle cases; premises liability/negligent security claims against landowners; products liability; and the investigation and litigation of fraudulent claims. Mr. Aicklen also has extensive experience in the defense of professional liability claims against real estate professionals, psychologists, stock brokers and insurance agents and brokers.
Mr. Aicklen was an adjunct Professor of Law at Whittier College School of Law, teaching courses on Legal Research, Writing and Civil Discovery. He teaches a workshop course to insurance industry professionals on how to detect and litigate fraudulent claims. Kip Adams is a partner at Lewis Brisbois and one of the founding members of the firm's Boston office. Kyle Allen is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Life Sciences, General Liability, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, and Labor & Employment Practices.
Kyle represents corporate and institutional clients in a range of litigation matters in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on products and general liability matters, including claims against commercial motor vehicle operators, and employment-related litigation. He also focuses on the representation of doctors, nurses, hospitals, chiropractors, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and healthcare entities in medical malpractice matters.
Kyle has significant experience defending educational institutions during investigations by the U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of Justice, in administrative proceedings before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, and in state and federal courts in cases involving a wide array of discrimination claims. Robin Alexander is a partner in the Denver office of Lewis Brisbois and her practice focuses on antitrust and competition, securities, corporate, and commercial law. Robin represents public and private companies in a wide range of matters, including government and internal investigations, compliance, and civil litigation. Robin has experience conducting interviews, assessing alleged violations, drafting investigation reports, and developing and implementing compliance programs. Robin is also an Adjunct Professor of Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law at the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law.
Robin earned her J.D. in 2014 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she served as a contributor to the Race to the Bottom, a blog analyzing the laws that govern today's corporations. Seth Alhadeff is the administrative partner in the Miami office of Lewis Brisbois. As an experienced litigator, his practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage, bad faith, construction defect, and general liability. With respect to insurance coverage, Mr. Alhadeff regularly advises insurance companies about claims-handling procedures and provides pre-suit coverage opinions and recommendations to insurers. He also litigates complex third- and first-party coverage matters and defends insurers in bad-faith lawsuits in state and federal courts across Florida, primarily handling insurance disputes involving construction defects, aviation, environmental, personal injury, employment, life insurance, first-party property, securities, and professional liability. Steven Abbott is a partner in the Las Vegas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. His practice focuses on cases involving, but not limited to, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction, and products liability (ranging from firearm manufacturers to snowmobiles to Segway People Movers, among other products). He has successfully defended numerous clients in cases ranging from premises liability (including the successful defense of water amusement parks and casinos) and negligent security matters, to construction-related issues and contractual disputes. He has argued multiple dispositive motions on behalf of his clients that resulted in complete dismissals.
In addition, Steven has extensive experience in toxic tort cases, especially ones related to asbestos litigation. He has successfully represented numerous asbestos defendants including obtaining orders granting dispositive motions that dismissed his clients with prejudice. He has conducted extensive expert discovery in asbestos litigation that formed the foundation for successful dispositive motions, including motions for dismissal with prejudice. He also has experience defending consumer litigation lawsuits involving allegations of violation of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) as well as common law tort claims on behalf of creditors.
Steven served as a law clerk with the United States Air Force, and in that role was significantly involved in a complex government procurement integrity violation case. He enjoys winter sports in Lake Tahoe and water-based recreational sports in Southern Nevada with his family.

Trevor J. Alexander is an associate in the Denver office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Alexander's practice at a prominent regional law firm included general liability and construction defect cases. Before that, Mr. Alexander was law clerk for the Honorable Samuel H. Mays, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. While earning his JD from Washington University School of Law, Mr. Alexander interned for the Honorable Carlos A. Samour, Jr. of the Colorado Supreme Court and for Metro Volunteer Lawyers. As a student, he represented a client in Clean Water Act litigation in federal court, for which he won a major award (and defeated a motion to intervene in the lawsuit). Mr. Alexander was also research assistant to Prof. Daniel Mandelker.
Prior to law school, Mr. Alexander earned two Master's degrees, managed contact center operations for a Fortune 100 government contractor, and owned and operated an online sales business.

Zascha Blanco Abbott is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice.
