Greg started his career in 2003 as a residential agent in Chorleywood before joining Christopher Rowland Estate Agents and the Savills LLP. Greg then moved to Jaggard Baker, in 2008, before joining Roy Rowland & Co in 2013. Greg then formed Macland with Steven Macdermott in 2015, further built his professional experience and local reputation.
Greg is a Partner at Jaggard Macland following the merger between Jaggard Baker and Macland Surveyors in November 2019.
Greg has a degree in Real Estate Management from London Kingston University and was elected as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2011.
Greg is Head of the Residential Property Department and specialises in the valuation of residential property, lease extension advice plus the acquisition and disposal of residential properties. In his spare time Greg plays, golf, ski's, tries to play football and sadly is a Watford FC supporter and season ticket holder.

Kirstie started her career in property at an estate agency, working Saturdays. She then joined Chandler Garvey as a Finance Manager where she learnt on the job.
Kirstie has a wealth of expertise within the industry and in her most recent role was overseeing a large portfolio of over 50 properties. The sheer number of tenants and landlords she was dealing with meant she honed her problem solving and multi-tasking skills!
She has also worked in both Health and Safety and Facilities Management so understands the full breadth of the property management industry and all its opportunities and challenges.
Kirstie has always learnt on the job, rather than undertaking formal qualifications, but she is considering her options.
Outside of work, Kirstie is a member of a running club and gym, and she loves to read. She lives locally with her family.

Mike joined Jaggard Macland in early 2013 having worked in property both man and boy, in organisations within the Public and Private sectors.
With over 25 years of activity in property, his career has been diverse, covering Agency, Landlord & Tenant work, Project and Facility Management and has experienced roles Client side and in private practice.
At Jaggard Macland, Mike has focused on Commercial Property Management and has developed a particular expertise for multi-let industrial estates.
Married, with no children, Mike enjoys an active social life and is a keen sports fan.

Steven has worked in the property industry as a surveyor for the past thirteen years specialising in commercial property. Steven started his career at Jaggard Baker where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010. Steven was then tempted by the bright lights of London to work for Deloitte in their Real Estate Business. Having quickly risen to Assistant Director, Steven returned to the Home Counties to continue working in commercial property and set up MacLand with Greg Rowland.
Steven is Partner at Jaggard Macland LLP, formed from a merger between Jaggard Baker and MacLand in November 2019.
Steven's specialisms include, acquisitions, lease advisory services, asset management, lease breaks, dilapidations and valuations.
In his spare time Steven enjoys all forms of sport including football, tag rugby, skiing and wakeboarding.
