We provide you with a free estimate, and typically a $300 deposit* is requested to schedule and finalize the scope of work. If your project is under $10,000 we require a 50% deposit to begin work. If your project is over $10,000, say $20,000, we cap off the deposit at $5,000** and you do not pay another penny until the completion of your project...
