We opened 307 Processing and Sausage in Byron early 2019. My family has been a well-respected in the meat processing business with 40+ years of experience in the industry. My father, John Butler Sr. owned Cody Meats and it was a natural step for me to follow in his footsteps. Ever since I was 10 and could hold a knife and help, I was in the shop with my father processing meat. I grew up with the business... At 307 Processing and Sausage, our only goal is to deliver quality meats to our customers. We do things the old fashioned way, producing a time tested product that harnesses the beauty of the Byron, Wyoming region
