Herdís Dröfn Fjeldsted is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eyrir Venture Management. She holds extensive managerial and investment experience. Before joining Eyrir Venture Management she was the CEO of Valitor where she oversaw restructuring efforts and eventually facilitated its sale to Rapyd. Prior to this, Herdís served as the managing director of the Icelandic Enterprise Investment Fund (Framtakssjóður Íslands). She has played instrumental roles on the boards of numerous registered and unregistered companies, domestically and internationally.
Hrund Gunnsteinsson, Managing Director, Festa - Center for sustainability. Festa is a catalyst for change and a bridge builder between and within the public and private sector and focuses on sustainable development through the SDGs, climate change and corporate social responsibility in its broad sense.
Ingvar Pétursson has extensive experience in various executive roles within technology and finance. He recently retired from his role as EVP Technology and Finance at Nintendo. Prior to that, he was CIO at Expedia, CTO at Corbis, and CIO at AT&T Wireless.
Katrín Olga Jóhannesdóttir has extensive experience in both management and board positions across various fields. Katrín Olga was the first female to be elected as a chairman of the Chamber of Commerce in Iceland.

Kristinn Pálmason is the Managing Director of Eyrir Venture Management. Previously Kristinn has served as financial manager at Silfurberg, investment company specializing in life sciences and technology, and investment manager at the Icelandic Enterprise Investment Fund. Earlier in his career, he was a corporate consulting expert at Landsbankinn. Kristinn has played a pivotal role in restructuring, acquiring, and selling numerous companies, and served on the boards of various domestic and international companies.
Kristín Guðmundsdóttir is the former CEO and CFO of Skipti hf. (Icelandic Telecom) and CFO of Grandi hf. Kristín also serves on the Boards of Directors of several Icelandic companies.
Magnús Halldórsson lives in Seattle, USA, and actively represents Eyrir and portfolio companies in the States. His background is in journalism and media, having among other co- founded the internet-media company Kjarninn in Iceland.
Magnús Ingi Óskarsson, founder of Calidris. Founded Calidris in 1998 and completed a successful exit to Sabre in 2010. Continued until 2013 as VP at Sabre. Active VC investor.
Marta Hermannsdóttir is the Investment Manager of Eyrir Venture Management. Before joining Eyrir, Marta worked at Deutsche Bank´s investment banking division in London. She has over a decade of international work experience spanning start-ups and large corporations across the fields of investment, risk management, consulting and sales. She sits on the Board of Directors of several leading Icelandic start-up companies.
Sigurlína Ingvarsdóttir is an experienced leader in the gaming industry where she has worked with international companies such as EA Sports Fifa, CCP and Bonfire Studios. Sigurlína sits on the Boards of several Icelandic companies.
Thordur is the founder of Eyrir Venture Management (EVM) and former Chairman of the board of EVM, Eyrir Sprotar and Eyrir Vöxtur. Thordur is currently an advisor to EVM and sits on the board of various start-ups.
