TALLEY LAMBERT CONSTRUCTION - Key Persons

Bucky Lambert's son, Talley C. Lambert Jr., also known as Bubba accompanied his father on jobsites at a very young age. Bubba spent summers and school breaks working and earned his father and his uncle's trust in the company and worked full time after graduating. Under his father and uncle's leadership, Bubba was able to take on more responsibilities. At 18 years of age, 2002 - 2006, Bubba was working as an equipment operator. From 2006 - 2011 he was Superintendent. Soon thereafter, 2011 - 2019 he became VP at Lambert Inc. In 2015, Southern Concrete Products was established and Bubba became a co-owner and VP at Southern Concrete Products. In January of 2019, Bubba ventured on his own and established Talley Lambert Construction LLC. He has since then been at the helm of the company continuing the success and the legacy set forth by his own father. The Lambert family legacy in the construction and real estate development industry is an epic American story of courage, hard work, strong relationships and financial prudence.
