Monarch Meadow is a family owned and operated personal care home experienced in elderly care. We tailor to the needs of each individual by assisting with care in a home-like atmosphere... Nestled in Uniontown, PA you can find our 27-room facility with caring hands, a very clean living space, family-focused events, activities throughout the week, and an electronic medication system to help reduce the occurrence of medication errors. We provide cable, incontinent supplies, and ADL supplies (shampoo, body wash, lotion, and mouth-care supplies). Hospice care, home-health nursing PT/OT therapy/speech therapy is available.
