Julie Yuan's mom was a real estate investor, so she spent a lot of time being bored at open houses as a kid. By the time she reached high school, she had already vowed to stay far away from the industry. But as she got older, she realized that real estate was in her blood. She now loves the business, her clients, and the art of investing.
Born in Taiwan, Julie moved to New Jersey when she was 10 years old. She earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Rutgers University and moved back to Taiwan (twice) before settling in the East Bay. During that time, she worked as an operations engineer for HP, started her own virtual & augmented reality content creation company, and ran an Airbnb.
