If something goes wrong with any of our rented products, we aim to provide a same day* repair service. Our engineers' fix rate on their first-time visit is 90%. Where we are not able to fix the product on the first day, we either revisit the next day, bringing the necessary repair parts, or we provide a replacement item if a repair is not possible... Customer satisfaction is integral to our business and we always endeavour to provide excellent service through the customer journey... * For repairs, if customers call before 10am we always endeavour to have an engineer on site the same day.
