A.J. Schwander brings with him more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience in property management, security, construction, logistics, vendor relations, operations and maintenance. Prior to joining NAI Emory Hill, A.J. worked at the Delaware Art Museum as the Director of Operations and is skilled in emergency planning and procedure development security protocols and energy audits, in addition to property management. A.J. earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wilmington University.

Allison Terranova - CMO

Allison brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate marketing. Allison has held prominent marketing roles at Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties, The Delaware Children's Museum, and the Riverfront Development Corporation. She also gained valuable experience as part of the grand opening team at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Education Allison is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where she earned a degree in English with a focus in Creative Writing and is a graduate of Saint Elizabeth High School in Wilmington, Delaware.

Brian was a Staff Engineer with PSI for 3 years, a Project Manager with Whiting-Turner for 23 years, Senior Project Manager with Capano Management for 2 years and a Senior Projcet Manager with Crystal Steel Fabricators for 2 years over his 30 year career in the construction industry. He has prepared and updated project schedules, budgets and estimates throughout that time as well as overseeing field personnel, subcontractors and client relations. Over his 30 year career, he has been part of the management team for a wide variety of project such as office buildings, schools, dormitories, data centers, high rises, apartment complexes, transit projects and historical renovations. The major projects involved unique circumstances such as deep foundations, urban conditions, blasting with vibration monitoring, soil drying, lead and asbestos abatement, multi-phase short and long term schedules, high end finishes, and other special features. Carmen J. Facciolo - President

Carmen Facciolo, who became an Emory Hill partner in 1983, is President of Emory Hill Real Estate Services, Inc., the real estate division, and is Vice President of Emory Hill and Company, the construction division. Carmen's extensive knowledge of the sales and leasing of industrial and commercial real estate, and his experience in construction and development are supported by his previous positions with the Jackson Cross Company and Facciolo Construction. Carmen is a graduate of Widener University where he earned both his undergraduate and MBA degrees. He is a licensed real estate agent and broker of record in Delaware and New Jersey. Since the company's affiliation with NAI Global in 1997, Carmen has served as NAI Director for Emory Hill Real Estate Services, Inc. Carmen is a member of the Board of Directors of the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Board of Directors of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Mary Campbell Center, where he also serves on the golf committee for the prestigious annual Charmie Welch Open golf fundraiser. Clayton Hill

Clayton joined NAI Emory Hill's commercial brokerage department in early 2004 bringing with him experience in the commercial mortgage brokerage and institutional investment industries. He joined the Property Management Division in 2009 and was named Director of Property Management in early 2010. He earned his Bachelor Degree at Colgate University (Economics, with honors) and Masters Degree at Johns Hopkins University (Commercial Real Estate Investment). Prior to joining Emory Hill in early 2004, Clay worked in Washington, D.C. as an analyst for Walker and Dunlop in commercial mortgage brokerage and as analyst for the CIM Group in opportunistic real estate pension fund investments where he earned his graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University. He currently serves as the Director of Property Management overseeing a team of Commercial Property Managers, as well as all aspects of management for a portfolio exceeding four million square feet of commercial real estate and approximately a thousand residential units. In addition, Clay's responsibilities include receivership work and investment and lease analysis for the internal portfolio and third party clients. He is a 14-time marathoner, an executive board member of the Delaware Chapter of the American Diabetes Association and is on the planning committee for the annual Tour de Cure bike race held in Newark each spring.

James Boston

James brings to Emory Hill more than 20 years of experience from Fortune 500 companies, spanning real estate brokerage and development, construction and risk management, environmental investigation and collateral valuation. He has successfully managed revolving billion-dollar real estate construction portfolios (consumer and construction loans), residential subdivision development in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland, as well as large-scale warehouse development and fit-out. Most recently, James was Senior Vice President Real Estate Services Director and Senior Vice President Third Party (Vendor) Risk Management Director with WSFS Bank, Wilmington, DE; where he was entrusted with overseeing $1.3 Billion revolving portfolio of commercial and consumer construction loans, among other critical responsibilities. Notably, at WSFS Bank, James successfully built teams for managing construction loans and real estate valuation. Jim O'Hara

Jim O'Hara has been involved in the real estate business since 1972. He held the position of Vice President of a family owned residential real estate firm from 1972 until 1977. He then joined Stoltz Realty, where he was a Vice President. In 1999, he started Jim O'Hara Realty Associates, LLC, a commercial real estate firm that specializes in all facets of the commercial and industrial real estate business. Jim O'Hara Realty joined with NAI Emory Hill in January of 2008. In 2010, Jim O'Hara Realty completed the transition into the Emory Hill companies and is now known as NAI Emory Hill Retail Division. John Nocket

John brings over 25 years of experience in the commercial and residential building market, as well as the security industry. His scope of work includes project management, trade partner relations, client relations, vendor management, construction management, estimating, quality control, and leasing. John provides a unique operations perspective and years of problem-solving skills developed and cultivated throughout his career. He brings a background of privately held ownership and hands-on experience in real estate as an investor, GC, and landlord. His construction background includes reviewing schedules and cost projections with superintendents and project managers as well as scheduling field personnel and acting as liaison between office and field staff. Over the course of John's work in the construction industry, he has held roles in Trade Partner Management including People Ready, a TrueBlue Company, Trade Partner Manager for a premier home builder in Delaware, Virginia, and Tennessee, and served as the Quality Director for an industry leader in commercial life safety and security systems. John earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine.
