The idea of a consulting firm that focuses on people and strategy was born while we were pursuing our graduate degrees at LSU. Our research revolved around developing people and planning strategies to create a framework for growth. Since then, we have applied these concepts in private industry, gaining an in-depth appreciation of how people, processes, and strategies intersect in a successful business.
