Autistic Advisors (AAL) was established in 2018 to provide autistic-led consulting and advice to organisations that either currently have or plan to hire autistic employees... Autistic Advisors Ltd (AAL) is a London-based organisation designed to advise organizations that either currently have, or plan to hire, autistic employees. While AAL will have a base in London, it will initially focus on large corporates, which are under pressure to increase employee count in neurodiversity programmes. However, unlike other consultants and advisors in this space, AAL management and team will be dominated by autistic employees, who can best understand autism and special needs rather than by neuronormals/neurotypicals. We know of few such similar organisations dominated by autistic management.
